KEOKUK - Mrs and Mr. Sarah and David Mitchell, Jr., are proud to announce the birth of their daughter Gemma Lee Mitchell on Jan. 19, 2019 at Fort Madison Community Hospital.
She is joined at home by Siera and Mia Mitchell.
Grandparents are Tom Fisher Sr., (deceased), formerly of Keokuk; Pamela and Allen Wood of Hager City, Wis.; David Mitchell, Sr., of Montrose; and Peggy Mitchell of Keokuk.
