MONTROSE - Mr. and Mrs. Chance and Ashley Horner, of Montrose, are proud to announce the birth of their daughter, Jonny Marie Horner on Jan. 24, 2019 at Fort Madison Community Hospital.
Grandparents are Allen and Jean Wells of Argyle; Collin and Tina Cook of Carthage, Ill.; and John Horner (deceased) of Montrose.
