Higgins,69, of Fort Madison, IA, passed away at 10:16 a.m. on Saturday, February 9, 2019 at her home.She was born on November 13, 1949 in Keokuk, IA to Robert & Betty Roberts Brookhart.She married Peter A. Higgins in February of 2007 in Fort Madison, IA.She worked at several jobs over the years, lastly as a truck driver.
She is survived by: her husband: Peter Higgins of Fort Madison, IA; 1-son: Jeffrey Rains of Fort Madison, IA; 1-daughter: Nadine (Rob) Burgtorf of Michigan; 3-grandchildren & several great grandchildren.She was preceded in death by her parents.
