BONAPARTE - Mr. and Mrs. Spencer and Tressa Troutman are proud to announce the birth of their daughter, Gemma Isabelle Troutman on Feb. 21, 2019 at Fort Madison Community Hospital.
Gemma is joined at home by sister Zarah, and brothers Richard II, and Spencer II.
Grandparents are Ruben and Cathy Coleman of Danville; Wade and Yvonne Troutman of Bonaparte; and Corinna Monroe of Kahoka, Mo.
