Lewis Lee Vincent,65, of Fort Madison, IA, passed away unexpectedly on Tuesday, May 21, 2019 at his home.He was born on May 10, 1954 in Fort Madison, IA to Earl & Lorraine Geisen Vincent.He worked at Crandon’s Paper Mill for 31 years as a boiler engineer.He and Debra owned & operated Vinnie’s Santa Fe Avenue Tap for 21 years.He was a member of the Machinists Union for 31 years and enjoyed golf, bowling, fishing, playing pool & cribbage, hunting mushrooms and was the “world’s greatest euchre player”.

       Lewie is survived by: his wife: Debra Vincent of Fort Madison, IA; 3-daughters: Eileen (Doug) Sweezer of Winfield, IA, Rianna (James) Ralph of Nauvoo, IL & Kathleen (Tony Damico) Vincent of Fort Madison, IA; 4-grandchildren: Liana, Dane & Kade Sweezer & Lewis Poetting; 2-step grandchildren: Micah Crutcher & Natalia Damico; 2-sisters: Pam Simon of Fort Madison, IA & Candy (Fred) Yaeger of Excelsior Springs, MO.  He was preceded in death by: his parents, 3-brothers, 1-sister, 1-nephew, 1-niece & 1-great nephew.

       Friends may call after 2:00 p.m. on Thursday, May 23, 2019 with the family to receive friends from 4:00 to 7:00 p.m. Thursday evening at King-Lynk Funeral Home & Crematory.  The funeral will be held at 10:00 a.m. on Friday, May 24, 2019 at King-Lynk Funeral Home & Crematory.  Burial will be at Oakland Cemetery.  A gathering will be held at Vinnie’s following the burial.  A memorial has been established in Lewie’s memory.  Online condolences and a video tribute of Lewie’s life may be viewed at the King-Lynk Funeral Home & Crematory website: www.kinglynk.com.
