FMCSD to offer summer meal program

FORT MADISON - The Fort Madison Community School district will once again by offering a free summer meal program at Fort Madison High School, the ECC and Richardson Elementary.

Meals will be provided to all children without charge and are the same for all children regardless of race, color, national origin, sex, age or disability, and there will be no discrimination in the course of the meal service. Meals will be provided, at a first come, first serve basis, at the sites and times as follows:

Ft. Madison High School
June 4th – July 31st (Monday – Friday), no meals on July 4th
11:30 AM – 12:00 PM
ECC
June 4th – July 31st (Monday – Friday), no meals the week of July 4th
11:00 AM – 11:30 AM
Richardson School
June 4th – July 3rd (Monday – Friday)
11:30 AM – 12:00 PM

To file a program complaint of discrimination, complete the USDA Program Discrimination Complaint Form, (AD-3027) found online at:
