06/04/19 - 4:59 p.m. - Fort Madison Police responded to a report of a property damage accident in the 2100 block of Avenue E.
Lee County Sheriff's Report
06/04/19 - 4:23 p.m. - Lee County Sheriff's deputies responded to a one-vehicle accident in the 2400 block of 255th Street. A wheel on a vehicle driven by Travis Wayne Plummer, 40, of Burlington came off and struck a residence doing damage to the residence. Plummer's vehicle had to be towed. No injuries or citations were reported at the scene.
06/04/19 - 11:48 p.m. - Lee County Sheriff's deputies arrested Nicholas Wayne Kirchner, 44, of Donnellson, in the 1800 block of Hwy. 218, on a charge of domestic abuse assault. He was taken to the Lee County Jail and held.
06/05/19 - 6:09 a.m. - Lee County Sheriff's deputies arrested Gilbert Lee Simon, Jr., 57, of Burlington, at the sheriff's office on a warrant for failure to appear. He was taken to the Lee County Jail and held.
06/05/19 - 6:36 a.m. - Lee County Sheriff's deputies arrested Sophia McKenna Gregory, 20, of Hamilton, Ill., at the Lee County Jail on a charge of disorderly conduct. She was held in custody.
06/05/19 - 6:48 a.m. - Lee County Sheriff's deputies arrested Payton Wrage VanPelt-Vice, 23, of Fort Madison, at the Lee County Jail on a charge of disorderly conduct. She was held in custody.
06/05/19 - 11:48 p.m. - Lee County Sheriff's deputies arrested Maggie Noel Colyer, 31, of Donnellson, in the 1800 block of Hwy. 218, on a charge of simple assault. She was taken to the Lee County Jail and held.
