07/26/19 - 6:58 p.m. - Fort Madison Police responded to a report of a burglary in the 1300 block of 31st Street.

07/26/19 - 7:06 p.m. - Fort Madison Police responded to a report of a shoplifter in the 2600 block of Avenue L.

07/27/19 - 5:48 a.m. - Fort Madison Police responded to a report of a larceny//theft in the 3400 block of Avenue N.

07/27/19 - 9:53 a.m. - Fort Madison Police responded to a report of a stolen bicycle in the 3100 block of Avenue K.

07/27/19 - 11:42 a.m. - Fort Madison Police responded to a report of a burglary in the 1800 block of 39th Street.

07/27/19 - 12:48 p.m. - Fort Madison Police responded to a report of a burglary in the 2200 block of Avenue L.

07/27/19 - 3:02 p.m. - Fort Madison Police responded to a report of a stolen bicycle in the 1800 block of Avenue M.

07/28/19 - 3:21 a.m. - Fort Madison Police responded to a report of a burglary in progress in the 600 block of 34th Street.

07/29/19 - 7:21 a.m. - Fort Madison Police responded to a report of vandalism in the 1300 block of 20th Street.

07/27/19 - 12:12 a.m. - Fort Madison Police arrested Roderick Vaughn Taylor-Rice, 40, of Fort Madison, in the 500 block of 11th Street on a charge of aggravated assault. He was taken to the Lee County Jail and held.

07/28/19 - 1:31 p.m. - Fort Madison Police arrested Roy James Vowels, 29, of Fort Madison, at the police department on a charge of failure to appear. He was taken to the Lee County Jail and held.

07/28/19 - 9:59 p.m. - Fort Madison Police arrested Erica Ann Boudrea, 29, of Fort Madison at the intersection of 6th Street and Avenue H, on a charge of driving while barred. She was released on a promise to appear.

Lee County Sheriff's report

07/26/19 - 9:55 p.m. - Lee County Sheriff's deputies arrested Travis Christopher Hutcherson, 27, of Milford, OH., at the Lee County Jail on a judgment hold. He was taken to the Lee County Jail and then released for time served.

07/26/19 - 10:23 p.m. - Lee County Sheriff's deputies cited Kimmi Jo Nelson, 20, of Fort Madison in the 5400 block of Avenue O on a charge of possession of drug paraphernalia. She was released upon citation.

07/26/19 - 11:21 p.m. - Lee County Sheriff's deputies arrested Jeffrey George Sniegowski, 36, of Fort Madison at Fort Madison Community Hospital on charges of domestic assault and possession of drug paraphernalia. He was taken to the Lee County Jail and held.

07/27/19 - 12:34 a.m. - Lee County Sheriff's deputies arrested Brooke Lea Greer, 33, listed as homeless, in the 2400 block of 263rd Avenue in Montrose on a charge of being a fugitive from justice. She was taken to the Lee County Jail and held.

07/27/19 - 8:37 p.m. - Lee County Sheriff's deputies arrested William Joseph Thurber, 29, of Keokuk, in the 1500 block of Blondeau in Keokuk, on a charges of driving under suspension and possession of drug paraphernalia. He was taken to Lee County Jail and later released after paying a fine.

07/27/19 - 9:34 p.m. - Lee County Sheriff's deputies arrested Angel Michelle Daniels, 36, of Fort Madison at the sheriff's office on a warrant for violation of parole. She was taken to the Lee County Jail and held.

07/28/19 - 4:00 p.m. - Lee County Sheriff's deputies responded to a two-vehice accident in the 2000 block of Hwy. 27. According to the report, a vehicle driven by Roger Michael Suski, 48, of Ames was turning onto Hwy. 27 and struck a vehicle driven by Laura Lindsay Perry Sonnenberg, 41, of St. Louis, which was stopped at the intersection. Both vehicles suffered minor damage, no citations or injuries were reported.

07/28/19 - 6:43 p.m. - Lee County Sheriff's deputies arrested James Brett Stinson, 30, of Keokuk, at the sheriff's office on a charge of disorderly conduct. He was taken to the Lee County Jail and held.

07/28/19 - 10:26 p.m. - Lee County Sheriff's deputies arrested Clarence Ray Brecount III, 42, of Farmington, in the 1200 block of Primrose in Farmington on a charge of domestic abuse assault. He was taken to the Lee County Jail and held.

Those listed above are presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.

07/28/19 - Fort Madison Firefighters responded to one smoke investigation, one carbon monoxide alarm, and two medical calls.
