United Way to accept grant applications Sept. 16

LEE COUNTY - The United Way of the Great River Region will soon be accepting grant applications for funding in 2020.

The United Way of the Great River Region (UWGRR) partners with not-for-profit, 501(c)(3) organizations in Clark county, Missouri, Hancock county, Illinois and Lee county, Iowa. Priority consideration is given to those agencies/organizations that provide programs that improve health, education and financial stability.

Applications will be available beginning Monday, September 16, 2019.

Please contact Karen Siefken, Executive Director at director@unitedwaygrr.org<mailto:director@unitedwaygrr.org> or at 319-524-4504 or any current UWGRR Board member to receive a grant application packet.

No packets will be distributed prior to Sept. 16. Applications and all required paperwork are due to the United Way of the Great River Region office in Keokuk, IA or must be post marked no later than Friday, October 25, 2019 at 4:00 pm.

United Way of the Great River Region serves all of Lee, Hancock, and Clark Counties. All donations are tax-deductible
