Fort Madison Police Report

09/10/19 – 2:01 p.m. – Fort Madison Police responded to a report of a larceny/theft in the 6100 block of Reve Court.

09/10/19 – 6:52 p.m. – Fort Madison Police responded to a report of a property damage accident in the 1100 block of 48th Street.

09/10/19 – 10:01 p.m. – Fort Madison Police arrested Dennis Morgan Brooks, 66, of Fort Madison, in the 2600 block of Avenue L, on a warrant out of Des Moines County. He was taken to the Des Moines County and transferred.

Lee County Sheriff’s Report

09/10/19 – 11:31 – Lee County Sheriff’s deputies arrested Cody Patrick Earls Kite, 28, of Keokuk, at the sheriff’s office on a warrant for a sex offender violation. He was taken to the Lee County Jail and held.

09/10/19 – 1:37 p.m. – Lee County Sheriff’s deputies arrested Angela Marie Neal, 41, of Mt. Pleasant, at the Hancock County Jail on a warrant for failure to appear. He was held in custody.

09/10/19 – 4:45 p.m. – Lee County Sheriff’s deputies arrested Joseph Lee Root, 19, of Rushville, Ill., at the sheriff’s office on a warrant for violation of probation. He was taken to the Lee County Jail and held.

09/10/19 – 6:52 p.m. – Lee County Sheriff’s deputies arrested David Alan Londrie, 56, of Keokuk, in the 2400 block of 340th Street on a charge of 1st-degree theft. He was taken to the Lee County Jail and held.

09/10/19 – 6:58 p.m. – Lee County Sheriff’s deputies arrested Michael Joe Spring, 23, of Keokuk, in the 2400 block of 340th Street in Keokuk on a charge of providing false identification to law enforcement.

Those listed above are presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
