09/20/19 - 1:21 a.m. - Fort Madison Police responded to a report of a burglary in progress in the 300 block of 22nd Street.

09/20/19 - 2:37 p.m. - Fort Madison Police responded to a report of a property damage accident to the 3700 block of Avenue L.

09/20/19 - 4:13 p.m. - Fort Madison Police responded to a report of a shoplifter in the 800 block of Avenue G.

09/20/19 - 9:45 p.m. - Fort Madison Police responded to a report of a stolen vehicle in the 1300 block of 30th Street.

09/20/19 - 10:10 p.m. - Fort Madison Police responded to a report of hit and run in the 2000 block of Avenue B.

09/21/19 - 2:15 a.m. - Fort Madison Police cited Jay Edward Lankford, 61, of Fort Dodge at the intersection of 20th Street and Avenue H on a charge of driving under suspension. He was released upon citation.

09/21/19 - 7:38 a.m. - Fort Madison Police responded to a report of a property damage accident in the 3900 block of Bluff Road.

09/21/19 - 9:55 a.m. - Fort Madison Police arrested Ronald Eugene Green, 56, of Fort Madison in the 400 block of 24th Street on a charge of driving while barred. He was released on a promise to appear.

09/21/19 - 8:46 a.m. - Fort Madison Police responded to a report of a burglary in the 3400 of Avenue N.

09/21/19 - 11:15 a.m. - Fort Madison Police responded to a report of a property damage accident in the 3400 block of Avenue L.

09/22/19 - 12:05 a.m. - Fort Madison Police arrested Kamrin Ryun, 19, of Keokuk, in the 5400 block of Avenue O, on a charge of public intoxication. She was taken to the Lee County Jail and held.

09/22/19 - 12:30 a.m. - Fort Madison Police responded to a report of vandalism in the 2300 block of Avenue H.

09/22/19 - 8:30 a.m. - Fort Madison Police responded to a report of a property damage accident in the 6100 block of Reve Court.

09/22/19 - 9:48 a.m. - Fort Madison Police arrested Dinara Lewis, 35, of Fort Madison in the 2300 block of Avenue L, on a charge of serious domestic assault abuse. She was taken to the Lee County Jail and held.

09/22/19 - 12:04 p.m. - Fort Madison Police responded to a report of a property damage accident in the 2500 block of Avenue H.

09/23/19 - 7:13 a.m. - Fort Madison Police responded to a report of a larceny/theft in the 3400 block of Avenue N.

09/23/19 - 7:37 a.m. - Fort Madison Police responded to a report of a burglary in the 2600 block of Avenue H.

Lee County Sheriff's Report

09/20/19 - 1:50 p.m. - Lee County Sheriff's deputies arrested Jerome Rogers Clark, 46, of Golden, Ill., in the 200 block of Main Street in Keokuk on a charge of 2nd-degree criminal mischief. He was taken to the Lee County Jail and released on a pre-trial release.

09/21/19 - 4:16 a.m. - Lee County Sheriff's deputies arrested Morgan Elizabeth McCall, 33, of Keokuk, in the 3600 block of 235th Avenue in Keokuk, on a charge of driving while barred. She was taken to the Lee County Jail and released on a pre-trial release.

09/21/19 - 9:51 p.m. - Lee County Sheriff's deputies responded to a two-vehicle accident in the 2400 block of 255th Street. According to the report, a vehicle driven by Anthony Ray Boatwright, 59, of Montrose struck the read of a vehicle driven by Donald Eugene Elliott, 69, of Donnellson who had slowed to cross railroad tracks. Boatwright was cited for failure to maintain control and failure to provide proof of insurance.

09/22/19 - 4:43 p.m. - Lee County Sheriff's deputies arrested Raymond Jessie Rash, 25, of Keokuk, no location given, on a charge of being a fugitive from justice. He was taken to the Lee County Jail and held.

09/22/19 - 7:43 p.m. - Lee County Sheriff's deputies arrested Timothy William Williams, 68, of Fort Madison, at the sheriff's office, on a charge of serious assault. He was taken to the Lee County Jail and was released on a promise to appear.

Those listed above are presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
