Birth Announcement - Palmisano

KEOKUK - Heather Dawn and David Noel Palmisano, Jr., are proud to announce the birth of their daughter Willow Dawn Elizabeth Palmisano on Sept. 28, 2019 at Fort Madison Community Hospital.

She is joined at home by Izick, Bryce, Nevaeh, Julia and David III Palmisano.

Grandparents are Mary Bridgman of Quincy, Ill.; Steven J. McDowell of Loraine, Ill.; Karen L. McNett (deceased) of Quincy, Ill.; Lori Beth Wear (deceased) of Loraine, Ill.; and Donald R. Cole of Quincy.

Great-grandparents are Kathryn and Timothy Jarvis of Quincy, Ill.; Cleona Faye and Jimmy Earl Abernathy of Loraine, Ill.; and Wanda and Samuel J. McDowell of Loraine, Ill.
