Fort Madison Police Report

09/30/19 - 1:14 p.m. - Fort Madison Police responded to a report of a stolen vehicle in the 900 block of Avenue H.

10/01/19 12:27 a.m. - Fort Madison Police arrested Lance Edward Meredith, 41, of Fort Madison, in the 600 block of 9th Street on a warrant for failure to appear. He was taken to Lee County Jail and held.

10/01/19 -12:27 a.m. - Fort Madison Police arrested Kimmi Jo Nelson, 21, of Fort Madison in the 600 block of 9th Street on a warrant for failure to appear. She was taken to the Lee County Jail and held.

10/01/19 - 12:11 p.m. - Fort Madison Police responded to a report of a personal injury accident in the 5400 block of Avenue O.

10/01/19 - 4:49 p.m. - Fort Madison Police responded to a report of a stolen bicycle in the 1100 block of Avenue C.

10/01/19 - 5:51 p.m. - Fort Madison Police responded to a report of a property damage accident in the 3900 block of Avenue O.

10/02/19 - 1:48 a.m. - Fort Madison Police responded to a report of a shoplifter in the 2600 block of Avenue L.

Lee County Sheriff's Report

09/30/19 - 12:16 p.m. - Lee County Sheriff's deputies arrested Joshua Dean Potter, 32, of Fort Madison, at the Lee County Jail on a warrant for a judgment hold. He was held in custody.

09/30/19 - 6:26 p.m. - Lee County Sheriff's deputies arrested Codey Lane Page, 42, of Montrose in the 3200 block of 220th Avenue in Montrose, on charges of false reporting to law enforcement and interference with official acts. He was taken to the Lee County Jail and held.

10/01/19 - 12:59 p.m. - Lee County Sheriff's deputies arrested Robert Anthony Gundy, 76, of Keokuk, in the 2400 block of Hilton Road in Keokuk, on a charge of simple assault. He was taken to the Lee County Jail and released on a promise to appear.

10/01/19 - 1:57 p.m. - Lee County Sheriff's deputies arrested Scott Allen Gilman, 51, of Fort Madison, at the sheriff's office on a warrant for a judgment hold. He was taken to the Lee County Jail and held.
