KEOKUK - Shannon Watts of Keokuk is proud to announce the birth of her son Chase Monroe McCarl on Sept. 30, 2019 at Fort Madison Community Hospital.
He is joined at home by Abigail, Kyle, Cadence, and Hayden Watts.
Grandparents are Susan and Tony Palmer of Keokuk, and Dawn Rogers of Keokuk.
Great grand-parents are Frank and Gloria McCarl of Fort Madison.
