10/18/19 - 9:19 a.m. - Fort Madison Police responded to a report of a burglary in the 2400 block of Avenue L.

10/18/19 - 10:19 a.m. - Fort Madison Police responded to a report of a property damage accident in the 2500 block of Hwy. 61.

10/18/19 - 1:12 p.m. - Fort Madison Police responded to a report of a gas drive off in the 5000 block of Avenue O.

10/18/19 - 2:43 p.m. - Fort Madison Police responded to a report of a hit and run in the 900 block of Avenue G.

10/18/19 - 6:10 p.m. - Fort Madison Police responded to a report of a burglary in the 600 block of Avenue F.

10/19/19 - 3:00 a.m. - Fort Madison Police arrested Brad Whisenand, 41, of Fort Madison at the police station, on charges of animal neglect and public intoxication. He was taken to the Lee County Jail and held.

10/19/19 - 7:08 a.m. - Fort Madison Police responded to a report of vandalism in the 1700 block of 35th Street.

10/19/19 - 7:38 a.m. - Fort Madison Police responded to a report of a larceny/theft in the 300 block of 15th Street.

10/19/19 - 5:31 p.m. - Fort Madison Police responded to a report of a larceny/theft in the 2700 block of Avenue J.

10/19/19 - 7:26 p.m. - Fort Madison Police arrested Joshua William Milligan 27, of Fort Madison in the 2100 block of Avenue L, on charges of trespass and interference with official acts. He was taken to the Lee County Jail and held.

10/19/19- 9:12 p.m. - Fort Madison Police arrested Rebecca Linn Dunlap, 26, of Fort Madison, in the 700 block of Avenue D, on a warrant service. She was taken to the Lee County Jail and held.

10/19/19 - 11:36 p.m. - Fort Madison Police responded to a report of a property damage accident in the 800 block of 11th Street.

10/20/19 - 12:19 a.m. - Fort Madison Police arrested Jessica Lee Gerdes, 39, of West Point, in the 800 block of 11th Street on a charge of operating while intoxicated. She was taken to the Lee County Jail and held.

10/20/19 - 8:34 a.m. - Fort Madison Police responded to a report of a property damage accident in the 200 block of 1st Street.

10/20/19 - 2:46 p.m. - Fort Madison Police cited Serena Dawn Schnider, 41, of Fort Madison, on a charge of driving while suspended. She was released upon citation.

10/20/19 - 4:55 p.m. - Fort Madison Police responded to a report of vandalism in the 1400 block of Avenue F.

Lee County Sheriff's Report

10/18/19 - 1:30 p.m. - Lee County Sheriff's deputies arrested Levi Lewis Happs, 23, of Wyaconda, Mo.; at the Boonville Correctional Center in Boonville on a warrant for probation violation. He was held in custody.

10/18/19 - 6:20 p.m. - Lee County Sheriff's deputies arrested Donald Ray Junior Wall, 47, of Fort Madison in Des Moines County, on a warrant for violation of probation. He was held in custody.

10/18/19 - 7:00 p.m. - Lee County Sheriff's deputies arrested Rick Keegan Tinder, 25, of Keokuk at the Lee County Jail on a judgment hold. He was taken to the Lee County Jail and released on a served weekend.

Those listed above are presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
