Mohrfeld has strong vision - Letter to the Editor

To the Editor,

First of all, I would like to congratulate Mayor Brad Randolph on his very successful tenure as the Mayor of Fort Madison.  Brad has demonstrated a great vision for our community and has worked diligently to make many of these ideas become a reality.  Thank you Brad for your service to our community!

In order to continue to move our city forward, we need to elect a candidate with similar vision and goals.  We have that individual in Matt Mohrfeld.  Matt has stated a list of goals for Fort Madison that includes looking beyond the present to the future, improving infrastructure and public safety, increasing cooperation and collaboration between city and community interests, remaining fiscally disciplined and continuing to promoted health and wellness.  Matt is a proven businessman, having grown a family business into one of the largest of its kind in the Midwest.  This requires skills in dealing with employees and suppliers, fiscal management and promotional expertise. Skills that are essential to hold the office of Mayor of Fort Madison.  Please join me in voting for a proven leader as our next mayor.  Please vote for Matt Mohrfeld for Mayor of Fort Madison on November 5^th.
