HTC 8th graders roll in opener

WINFIELD MT. UNION - Holy Trinity girls junior high basketball team split in it's season opener

The 8th grade girls won 40-18 behind 16 points from Natalie Randolph. Mary Kate Bendlage had 13. Taegan Denning had seven points. Jenna Hellman and Reagan Holvoet had two points each.

Teagan Snaadt had six points in the 7th grade girls 13-24 loss. Izzabella Callison had four and Anna Bendlage had 3 points for the Lady Crusaders.

HTC's next match up is home against Central Lee Thursday.
