Gary O. Scholl, 74, of Fort Madison, IA, passed away at 9:50 a.m. on Tuesday, November 12, 2019 at Fort Madison Community Hospital. He was born on December 21, 1944 in Puget Sound, WA to Oliver & Mary Neville Scholl. He married Sandra Curtis Languell on March 14, 1989 in Montrose, IA. He was an auto mechanic and also did body & paint work for many years. He was of the Catholic faith and was a former member of the Physically Challenged Bow Hunters of America since 1994 and also served on it’s board of directors for 6 years.

Gary is survived by: his wife: Sandra Scholl of Fort Madison, IA; 1-son: Gary (Jackie) Scholl of Heron, SD; 2-daughters: Tracy & Danielle; 7-grandchildren; 1-brother: Bruce (Patty) Scholl of Sioux Falls, SD; 2-sisters: Nancy Schaefer of Sioux Falls, SD & Terry (Lee) Devig of Vermillion, SD. He was preceded in death by his parents.
Cremation has been entrusted to the care of King-Lynk Funeral Home & Crematory. The family will receive friends from 10:00 to 10:30 a.m. on Friday, November 15, 2019 with a memorial service to immediately follow at 10:30 a.m. at King-Lynk Funeral Home & Crematory with Pastor Cheryl Simpson officiating.
