Fort Madison Police Report

11/15/19 - 2:45 p.m. - Fort Madison Police cited Stewart Spindlow, 33, of Fort Madison in the 1500 block of Avenue E, on charges of driving while barred. He was released upon citation.

11/15/19 - 4:49 p.m. - Fort Madison Police responded to a report of a gas drive off in the 5000 block of Avenue O.

11/15/19 - 7:44 p.m. - Fort Madison Police arrested Jerry Drago, 65, of Fort Madison, in the 5400 block of Avenue O, on a charge of trespassing. He was taken to the Lee County Jail and held.

11/15/19 - 10:28 p.m. - Fort Madison Police arrested Billie-Joe Dee Husted, 46, of Fort Madison, in the 2400 block of Avenue H, on a charge of driving while barred (habitual offender). He was released on a promise to appear.

11/16/19 - 1:22 p.m. - Fort Madison Police responded to a report of property damage accident in the 1700 block of Avenue E.

11/16/19 - 3:46 p.m. - Fort Madison Police responded to a report of a vandalism in the 900 block of Avenue F.

11/16/19 - 6:43 p.m. - Fort Madison Police responded to a report of a larceny/theft in the 4800 block of Avenue O.

11/17/19 - 2:20 p.m. - Fort Madison Police responded to a report of vandalism in the 1100 block of Avenue I.

Lee County Sheriff's Report

11/15/19 - 10:39 p.m. - Lee County Sheriff's deputies arrested Levi Joseph Edward Value, 35, of Keokuk, at the sheriff's office on a charge of sex offender verification violation. He was taken to the Lee County Jail and released on a pre-trial release.

11/15/19 - 10:53 p.m. - Lee County Sheriff's deputies arrested David James Markell, 23, of Keokuk, at the sheriff's office on a charge of being a fugitive from justice. He was taken to the Lee County Jail.

11/15/19 - 12:11 p.m. - Lee County Sheriff's deputies arrested Tara Victoria Nolan, 36, of Donnellson, at the north Lee County Courthouse, on warrants for failure to appear and probation violation. She was taken to the Lee County Jail and held.

11/15/19 - 5:48 p.m. - Lee County Sheriff's deputies responded to a report of a two-vehicle accident on 295th westbound. According to the report, a vehicle driven by Andrew Allan Case, 71, of Argyle, entered the north ditch trying to avoid another vehicle on the roadway, and overturned onto it's passenger side. No citations or injuries were reported at the scene.

11/15/19 - 7:35 p.m. - Lee County Sheriff's deputies arrested Rick Keegan Tinder, 25, of Keokuk, at the sheriff's office, on a judgment hold. He was taken to Lee County Jail and released for time served.

11/15/19 - 9:57 p.m. - Lee County Sheriff's deputies arrested Casey Joe Davis, 36, of Keokuk, at the sheriff's office on a warrants for 3rd-degree burglary, 2nd degree theft and 2nd-degree criminal mischief.

11/15/19 - 10:09 p.m. - Lee County Sheriff's deputies arrested Glen Orion Londrigan, 21, of Donnellson, at the sheriff's office on a warrant for probation violation. He was taken to the Lee County Jail and held.

11/16/19 - 9:23 a.m. - Lee County Sheriff's deputies arrested Brandon Lee Burgess, 24, of Keokuk, in the 1500 block of Bank Street in Keokuk, on a warrant for failure to appear. He was taken to Lee County Jail and released on bond.

11/16/19 - 6:45 p.m. - Lee County Sheriff's deputies arrested Kelly Rae Miller, 40, of Fort Madison, at the sheriff's office on a warrant for failure to appear. She was taken to the Lee County Jail and held.

11/16/19 - 8:05 p.m. - Lee County Sheriff's deputies arrested Jonathon Lloyd Totty, 30, of Mt. Pleasant, at the Henry County Line, on a warrant for contempt of court. He was taken to the Lee County Jail and held.

11/17/19 - 11:31 p.m. - Lee County Sheriff's deputies arrested Laura Lee Nelligan, 23, of Keokuk, at the sheriff's office on a charge of disorderly conduct. She was taken to the Lee County Jail and held.

11/18/19 - 6:11 a.m. - Lee County Sheriff's deputies responded to a one-vehicle accident on Hwy. 61. According to the report, a vehicle driven by Kimberly Irene Moore, 49, of Donnellson struck a deer near mile marker 23. No citations were issued. Moore was treated for minor injuries at the scene.

Hancock County Sheriff's Report

11/10/19 - Travis M Keever, age 34, of Burlington, IA was arrested and charged with Possession of Methamphetamine. Keever was released on his own recognizance and given a future court date.

11/12/19 - Joshua A Miller, age 42, of Warsaw, IL was arrested and charged with Domestic Violence. Miller was released after posting the required bond and given a future court date.

11/12/19 - Natasha A Young, age 32, of Niota, IL was arrested and charged with Driving While License Suspended. Young was released after posting the required bond and given a future court date.

11/12/19 - Kelsea T Nicholas, age 27, of Bowen, IL was arrested and charged with Driving While License Suspended, Possession ofMethamphetamine, and False Identification. Nicholas was also arrested on arrested on a McDonough County Warrant charging her with Failure to Appear on original charges of Possession of Methamphetamine. Nicholas was released to McDonough County Authorities.

11/13/19 - Ricky D Glasgow, age 37, of Keokuk, IA was arrested and charged with Possession of Methamphetamine and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia. Glasgow remains lodged in the Hancock County Jail in lieu of bail awaiting his next court appearance.

11/14/19 - Breeanna M Whitten, age 22, of Carthage, IL was arrested and charged with Violation of Bail Bond. Whitten remains lodged in the Hancock County Jail in lieu of bail awaiting her next court appearance.

Regan N Cheatham, age 25, of Carthage, IL was arrested and charged with Violation of Bail Bond. Cheatham was released after posting the required bond and given a future court date.

11/15/19 - Ray T Forquer, age 31, of Hamilton, IL was arrested on a Hancock County Warrant charging him with Failure to Appear/ Failure to Pay on original charges of Operating an Uninsured Vehicle. Forquer was released after posting the required bond and given a future court date.
