Franklin/Cedar/Marion/Harrison townships caucus location moved to fairgrounds

LEE COUNTY - Twosatellite Democratic caucuses will be held at 1:00 pm on February 3rd for those unable to attend their usual precinct caucus at 7 p.m.

The caucuses will be at the Keokuk Labor Temple, 301 Blondeau St., Keokuk and the LULAC Club, 1424 36th St., Fort Madison. They are available to all registered Democrats. However, attendees must be pre-registered to participate through the Iowa Democratic Party through the following linkhttps://action.iowademocrats.org/page/s/online-Satellite-Caucus-Pre-Registration

Attendees must be pre-registered by January 17th and those who are not pre-registered will be unable to participate in the satellite caucus. So, either use the above link or find it atiowademocrats.orgunder 2020 Caucuses/register for a satellite caucus.

If you are already registered as a Democrat, the pre-registration is simple. If you are currently not registered to vote, or need to change your registration status to Democrat, it requires just one extra step. Those in need of additional assistance can contact Lee County Democrat Chair Mary Jo Riesberg at 319-526-3160 for assistance.

Lee County Democrats also announced the caucus location for the Franklin/Cedar/Marion/Harrison townships has been moved to the Learning Center, Lee County Fair Grounds 1100 N. Main St., Donnellson.
