01/14/20 - 12:41 p.m. - Fort Madison Police cited Michele Meredith, 47, of Fort Madison in the 800 block of 48th Street on a charge of driving under suspension. She was released upon citation.

01/14/20 - 1:03 p.m. - Fort Madison Police responded to a report of vandalism in the 900 block of 15th Street.

01/14/20 - 5:32 p.m. - Fort Madison Police arrested Douglas Alan McPherson, Jr., 39, of Fort Madison, in the 1700 block of Avenue I, on a warrant for probation violation. He was taken to the Lee County Jail and held.

01/15/20 - 8:21 p.m. - Fort Madison Police responded to a report of a larceny/theft in the 2800 block of Avenue M.

01/16/20 - 2:39 a.m. - Fort Madison Police arrested Heaven Brooke Stacy, 26, of Fort Madison, at the police department, on a warrant for voluntary absence from custody. She was taken to the Lee County Jail and held.

Lee County Sheriff's Report

01/14/20 - 5:31 p.m. - Lee County Sheriff's deputies arrested James Brett Stinson, 30, of Keokuk, at Hwy. 218 and 340th St., on a court ordered hold. He was taken to the Lee County Jail and released.

01/14/20 - 7:20 p.m. - Lee County Sheriff's deputies arrested Derrick Lance Blaine, 36, of Burlington, at the Lee County Jail on a warrant for failure to appear.

01/14/20 - 11:45 p.m. - Lee County Sheriff's deputies arrested Monte Del Horner, 51, of Keokuk, in the 1000 block of Cedar Street, on charges of possession of controlled substance and violation of probation. He was taken to the Lee County Jail and held.

01/15/20 - 4:58 a.m. - Lee County Sheriff's deputies arrested Lisa Ann Cloyed, 57, of Fort Madison, in the 4500 block of Avenue O, on a charge of driving while barred. She was taken to the Lee County Jail and held.

01/14/20 - 8:58 p.m. - Lee County Sheriff's deputies responded to a one-vehicle accident southbound on Hwy. 27. According to the report, a semi-trailer driven by Richard P. Roth, 56, Fillmore, Ill., ran off the road into a ditch. Roth suffered a medical issue and lost control of the vehicle. No injuries or citations were reported. Roth was transported to Keokuk Area Hospital by Lee County Ambulance.

01/15/20 - 10:40 a.m - Lee County Sheriff's deputies arrested Kristen Michelle Golliher, 34, of Keokuk, at the South Lee County Courthouse on a court-ordered hold. She was taken to the Lee County Jail and held.

01/15/20 - 12:53 p.m. - Lee County Sheriff's deputies arrested David James Eastin, 72, of Fort Madison, at the sheriff's office on a warrant for a judgment hold.

01/15/20 - 1:20 p.m. - Lee County Sheriff's deputies arrested a 16-year-old female juvenile from Wayland, Mo., on charges of assaulting a law enforcement officer and 4th-degree criminal mischief. She was held at the Southern Iowa Juvenile Detention center awaiting court.

01/16/20 - 2:35 a.m. - Lee County Sheriff's Deputies arrested Monica Mae Woodsmall, 42, of Burlington at the sheriff's office on a charge of disorderly conduct. She was taken to the Lee County Jail and held.

01/16/20 - 7:06 a.m. - Lee County Sheriff's deputies arrested Theresa Ann Potter, 51, of Fort Madison, at the sheriff's office on warrants for 2nd-degree harassment and trespassing. She was taken to the Lee County Jail and released on bond.
