01/25/20 - 6:45 p.m. - Fort Madison Police arrested Jeremy Scott Terrell, 43, of Fort Madison, in the 2700 block of Avenue M, on a charge of driving under suspension and a warrant for failure to appear. He was taken to the Lee County Jail and held.

Lee County Sheriff's Report

01/24/20 - 8:39 a.m. - Lee County Sheriff's deputies responded to a one-vehicle accident in the 3500 block of Argyle Road. According to the report, a vehicle driven by Randy Lynn Wilkerson, 53, of Argyle lost control on snowy conditions and went into the ditch. Wilkerson complained of injuries, but was transported by private vehicle. No citations were reported.

01/24/20 - 12:08 p.m. - Lee County Sheriff's deputies arrested Karen Marie Decker, 55, of Fort Madison at the North Lee County Courthouse on a court ordered hold. She was taken to the Lee County Sheriff's department and held.

01/24/20 - 12:42 p.m. - Lee County Sheriff's deputies arrested Susie Bell Whitaker, 56, of Argyle in the 400 block of Franklin Exchange in Franklin on warrants for 1st-degree theft and ongoing criminal conduct. She was released on bond.

01/24/20 - 12:45 p.m. - Lee County Sheriff's deputies arrested Brandy Lynn Sturm, 29, of Keokuk, in the 3500 block of Johnson Street on charges of interference with officials acts and 4th-degree criminal mischief. She was taken to the Lee County Jail and released on her recognizance.

01/24/20 - 5:03 p.m. - Lee County Sheriff's deputies arrested Danielle Lynn Smith, 32, of Farmington, at the sheriff's office on a warrant for a judgment. She was released on a weekend served.

01/25/20 - 12:57 a.m. - Lee County Sheriff's deputies responded to a one-vehicle accident on the northbound on-ramp to Hwy. 61 from Hwy. 2. According to the report, the driver, Jeremy Robert Yaeger, 36, of West Burlington fled the scene but was late found at a nearby bar and was charged with OWI. He was also cited for failure to maintain control as his vehicle went into the ditch and struck a culvert.

01/25/20 - 1:35 a.m. - Lee County Sheriff's deputies arrested Jeremy Robert Yaeger, 36, of West Burlington, in the 2300 block of Hwy. 61 in Montrose, on a charge of OWI. He was taken to the Lee County Jail and then released on his recognizance.

01/25/20 - 7:41 p.m. - Lee County Sheriff's deputies arrested Devlon Scott Lenz, 25, of Fort Madison in the 1500 block of 27th Street in Fort Madison, on a warrant for probation violation. He was taken to the Lee County Jail and held.

01/26/20 - 2:30 a.m. - Lee County Sheriff's deputies cited Daniel Robert Sutton, 32, of Cedar Lake, Ind., on charges of public intoxication, 3rd-degree criminal mischief, and 2nd-degree attempted burglary. He released after citation.

01/27/20 - 6:54 a.m. - Lee County Sheriff's deputies arrested Jordan Danielle Good, 30, of West Des Moines, in the 1100 block of Hwy. 16 in Houghton on charges of possession of drug paraphernalia and OWI-1st offense. She was taken to the Lee County Jail and released on her recognizance.

01/27/20 - 5:43 p.m. - Lee County Sheriff's deputies arrested Troy Francis Markham, 53, of Keokuk, in the 900 block of Bank Street on a warrant for 3rd-degree harassment and a charge of being a fugitive from justice. He was taken to the Lee County Jail and held.

01/28/20 - 6:25 a.m. - Lee County Sheriff's deputies arrested Dillan Joseph McCarty, 21, of Keokuk, at the sheriff's office on warrants for trespassing, 2nd-degree harassment and simple assault. He was taken to the Lee County Jail and held.
