Fort Madison Police Report

04/27/20 - 8:31 a.m. - Fort Madison Police responded to a report of a burglary in the 2700 block of Avenue L.

04/27/20 - 11:59 a.m. - Fort Madison Police responded to a report of a larceny/theft in the 1900 block of Avenue H.

04/28/20 - 8:00 a.m. - Fort Madison Police responded to a report of a vandalism in the 4500 block of Avenue L.

04/28/20 - 8:49 a.m. - Fort Madison Police responded to a report of a burglary in the 1900 block of Avenue J.

Lee County Sheriff's Report

04/27/20 - 7:14 p.m. - Lee County Sheriff's deputies arrested Jody Allan Morgan, 45, of Sigourney, at the intersection of Hwy. 16 and 272nd Avenue, on charge of interference with official acts causing serious injury, OWI-2nd offense, possession of a controlled substance, possession of drug paraphernalia, driver's license denied/revoked -OWI, no proof of insurance, and operating without valid registration or plates. He was taken to the Lee County Jail and held.

Hancock County Sheriff's Report

04/20/20 - Jon F Peterson, age 28, of Little York, IL was arrested on a Hancock County Warrant charging hini with Animal Cruelty and Criminal Damage to Property. Peterson was released after posting the required bond and given a future court date.

04/23/20 - Tonya L Horton, age 42, of Hamilton, IL was arrested and charged with Domestic Battery. Horton remains lodged in the Hancock County Jail in lieu of bail awaiting her initial court appearance.

04/26/20 - Justin D Wills, age 35, of Nauvoo, IL was arrested on a Hancock County Warrant charging him with Failure to Appear/ Failure to Pay on original charges of Domestic Battery and Violation of Order of Protection. Wills was released after posting the required bond and given a future court date.

04/26/20 - Brittany N McDaniel, age 34, of Nauvoo, IL was arrested on a Hancock County Warrant charging her with Failure to Appear/ Failure to Pay on original charges of Driving While License Suspended. McDaniel was released after posting the required bond and given a future court date.

Those listed above are presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
