Fort Madison Police Report

04/29/20 – 10:40 a.m. – Fort Madison Police responded to a report of a larceny/theft in the 2600 block of Avenue L.
04/30/20 – 1:25 a.m. – Fort Madison Police cited Lance Edward Meredith, 42, of Fort Madison in the 2900 block of Richards Drive, on a charge of driving under suspension. She was released.
04/30/20 – 8:15 p.m. – Fort Madison Police cited Justin Lee Lovell, 35, of Keokuk, in the 4800 block of Avenue O, on a charge of driving under suspension. He was released.
04/30/20 – 10:43 p.m. – Fort Madison Police arrested Kimberly Michelle Brewer, 39, of Fort Madison, in the 3600 block of Avenue N, on a charge of driving while barred. He was released on a promise to appear.
04/30/20 – 11:07 p.m. – Fort Madison Police arrested Brittany Marie Goldie, 25, of Wever, on a warrant for robbery. She was taken to the Lee County Jail and held.
04/30/20 – 12:05 p.m. – Fort Madison Police responded to a report of a larceny/theft in the 1600 block of Avenue H.
04/30/20 – 12:06 p.m. – Fort Madison Police responded to a report of a larceny/theft in the 1200 block of Avenue H.
04/30/20 – 12:57 p.m. – Fort Madison Police responded to a report of a burglary in the 1200 block of 26th Street.
04/30/20 – 1:55 p.m. – Fort Madison Police responded to a report of a burglary in the 3000 block of Avenue E.
04/30/20 – 2:29 p.m. – Fort Madison Police responded to a report of a hit and run in the 800 block of Avenue E.
04/30/20 – 4:28 p.m. – Fort Madison Police responded to a report of a property damage accident in the 800 block of Avenue E.

Lee County Sheriff’s Report
04/29/20 – 9:28 a.m. – Lee County Sheriff’s deputies responded to a one-vehicle incident in the 1400 block of 303rd Avenue. A vehicle driven by Matthew Alfred Varner, 45, of Hillsboro, lost a tire that struck a home causing damage. No injuries or citations were reported.
04/29/20 – 8:55 p.m. – Lee County Sheriff’s deputies arrested Justin Daniel Spurgeon, 31, of Keokuk, on a warrant for violation of probation. He was taken to the Lee County Jail and held.
04/30/20 – no activity reported
