05/19/20 - 12:09 p.m. - Fort Madison Police arrested Tony Dean Stalcup, 55, of Fort Madison in the 3700 block of Avenue L, on charges of OWI-2nd offense, reckless driving, and failure to maintain control. He was released on a promise to appear.
05/19/20 - 1:45 p.m. - Fort Madison Police cited Mandy Wells, 44, of Fort Madison, at the police department on a charge of a dog running at large. She was released.
05/20/20 - 6:05 a.m. - Fort Madison Police responded to a report of a burglary in the 2000 block of Avenue H.
05/20/20 - 6:42 a.m. - Fort Madison Police responded to a report of a burglary, 1200 Avenue E.
05/20/20 - 12:29 p.m. - Fort Madison Police arrested John Robert Winkle Mead, 41, no address listed, at the police department on two warrants. He was released on a promise to appear.
05/20/20 - 12:55 p.m. - Fort Madison Police responded to a report of a larceny/theft in the 6000 block of Avenue O.
05/20/20 - 3:55 p.m. - Fort Madison Police responded to a report of a larceny/theft in the 1300 block of Avenue H.

05/20/20 - 1:02 p.m. - Lee County Sheriff's deputies arrested Michael Dean Marsh, 48, of Fort Madison, in the 1600 block of 330th Avenue, on a charge of 1st-degree harassment. He was taken to the Lee County Jail and held.
05/20/20 - 3:39 p.m. - Lee County Sheriff's deputies arrested Jason Aaron Jones, 38, of Moline, Ill., at the sheriff's office on a warrants of violation of probation and failure to appear. He was taken to the Lee County Jail and held.
05/20/20 - 10:27 p.m. - Lee County Sheriff's deputies arrested Jacoby Daniel Gutting-Simpson, 26, of Argyle, in the 2900 block of 180th Avenue, on a charge of domestic abuse assault. He was taken to the Lee County Jail and held.
