Huebner named new HTC high school principal

FORT MADISON - Michael Sheerin, Chief Administrative Officer of Holy Trinity Catholic Schools, and its Board of Directors are pleased to announce the appointment of Craig Huebner as the new Principal of Holy Trinity Catholic High School.
Craig Huebner has dedicated himself over the past 22 years as an educator in southeast Iowa. He earned a Master of Arts Education degree from Viterbo University(2019) and a Bachelor’s degree from Western Illinois University (1998). Mr. Huebner is a proud graduate of Aquinas High School and looks forward to his return.
Mr. Huebner has served as a classroom teacher, PBIS facilitator, teacher mentor and cooperating teacher for future educators. He was recognized as an outstanding educator in Iowa for his implementation of Positive Behavior Supports in Danville Community School District where he served as k-12 instructional coach. Mr. Huebner is committed to serving as a life-long educator and learner and strives to instill a similar desire in the students with whom he works. He resides in New London with his
wife Bobbi, who is also an educator. Together they have three sons, daughters-in-law and a precious granddaughter.
Mr. Huebner will be dedicated to the high standards of education and Catholic Christian values at Holy Trinity Catholic.
