09/24/20 - 10:59 p.m. - Fort Madison Police arrested Joshua Edwin James Ruble, 35, of Fort Madison, in the 3500 block of Avenue Q, on a warrant for 5th degree theft. He was released on a promise to appear.

09/27/20 - 12:43 a.m. - Fort Madison Police arrested Angel J. Garcia, 38, of Fort Madison in the 1900 block of Avenue J, on a charge of violation of a no contact order. She was released on a promise to appear.
09/27/20 - 12:43 a.m. - Fort Madison Police arrested Ashley J. McGowan, 28, of Fort Madison in the 1900 block of Avenue J, on a charge of violation of a no-contact order. She was released on a promise to appear.

Lee County Sheriff's Report
09/23/20 - 8:45 p.m. - Lee County Sheriff's deputies responded to a two-vehicle accident in the 400 block of Avenue F. According to the report, a vehicle driven by Christine Marie Wright, 44, of Fort Madison, was traveling west in the 400 block of Avenue F and struck a parked vehicle from behind. No citations or injuries were listed on the report.
09/24/20 - 8:25 a.m. - Lee County Sheriff's deputies cited Serean Lynn Wykowski, 28, of Keokuk, at the intersection of Hwy. 218 and 353rd Avenue in Keokuk, on a charge of driving while barred.
09/24/20 - 2:50 p.m. - Lee County Sheriff's deputies arrested Erica Marie Bushinger, 37, of Ottumwa, at the Wapello County Jail, on a warrant for violation of probation. She was held in custody.
09/24/20 - 3:44 p.m. - Lee County Sheriff's deputies arrested Andrew Arthur Russell, 34, of Keokuk, at the sheriff's office on a judgment entry. He was taken to Lee County Jail and arrested.

09/22/20 - Dakota S Reed, age 25, of Kahoka, MO was arrested and charged with Driving While License Suspended. Reed was released after posting the required bond and given a future court date.
09/22/20 - Amy A Murray, age 38, of Burlington, IA was arrested on a Henderson County Warrant charging her with Failure to Appear on original charges of Driving Under the Influence. Murray was released after posting the required bond and given a future court date.
09/23/20 - Orlando T Sykes, age 56, of Burlington, IA was arrested on a Hancock County Warrant charging him with Failure to Appear on original charges of No Valid Driver's License. Sykes was released after posting the required bond and given a future court date.
09/23/20 - Joyce A Hackett, age 67, of LaHarpe, IL was arrested and charged with Burglary. Hackett was released after posting the required bond and given a future court date.
09/23/20 - Kaliegh J Hale, age 25, of Nauvoo, IL was arrested on a Hancock County Warrant charging her with Failure to Appear on original charges of Petition to Revoke or Modify Sentence on original charges of Unlawful Possession of Methamphetamine. Hale was released on her own recognizance and given a future court date.
09/24/20 - Isaac A DeShong, age 25, of Carthage, IL was arrested and charged with Possession of Methamphetamine, Aggravated Driving Under the Influence, Failure to Signal, Driving While License Suspended and Bond Violation. DeShong remains lodged in the Hancock Jail in lieu of bail awaiting his next court appearance .
09/24/20 - Joshua A Eaton, age 43, of Keokuk, IA was arrested on a Hancock County Warrant charging him with Failure to Appear on original charges Unlawful Possession of Methamphetamine and No Valid Driver's License. Eaton remains lodged in the Hancock County Jail in lieu of bail awaiting his next court appearance.
09/25/20 - Leeann M Polk, age 31, of Dallas City, IL was arrested and charged with Aggravated Driving Under the Influence, Driving Under the Influence and Driving While License Revoked. Polk remains lodged in the Hancock County Jail in lieu of bail awaiting her next court appearance.
09/26/20 - Eric L McMillen, age 48, of Carthage, IL was arrested and charged with Violation of Order of Protection. McMillen remains lodged in the Hancock County Jail in lieu of bail awaiting his initial court appearance.
09/26/20 - Kadee A Krow, age 25, of Lomax, IL was arrested and charged with Driving Under the Influence. Krow was released after posting the required bond and given a future court date.
09/27/20 - Darrell L Hoskins, age 53, Homeless, was arrested on a Henderson County Warrant charging him with Failure to Appear on original charges of Disorderly Conduct and Criminal Trespass to Property. Hoskins was also arrested on a Warren County Warrant charging him with Failure to Appear on original charges of Driving Under the Influence of Alcohol. Hoskins remains lodged in the Hancock County Jail in lieu of bail awaiting his extradition to Henderson County.
