10/16/20 - 12:19 a.m. - Fort Madison Police arrested Colby Farrington, 23, of Burlington, on the 1400 block of Avenue F, on a warrant for simple assault. He was taken to Lee County Jail.
10/17/20 - 8:34 p.m. - Fort Madison Police arrested John Edward Mecum, 57, of Fort Madison, a warrant for 2nd-degree burglary, 1st-degree harassment and 2nd offense domestic. He was taken to Lee County Jail.
10/18/20 - 12:05 a.m. - Fort Madison Police responded to a report of a larceny/theft in the 1500 block of Avenue M.
10/18/20 - 6:46 p.m. - Fort Madison Police responded to a report of a stolen vehicle in the 1700 block of Avenue G.
10/18/20 - 7:03 p.m. - Fort Madison Police responded to a report of a property damage accident in the 2000 block of Avenue L.
Lee County Sheriff's Report
10/15/20 - 11:17 a.m. - Lee County Sheriff's deputies arrested Ethan Joseph Walte, 18, of Keokuk, at the sheriff's office on a warrant for 2nd degree theft. He was taken to Lee County Jail.
10/17/20 - 3:30 p.m. - Lee County Sheriff's deputies arrested Hope Catherine Eid, 23, of Wever, at the Wapello County Jail on a warrant for probation violation. She was held in custody.
10/17/20 - 6:00 p.m. - Lee County Sheriff's deputies arrested Christopher Jordan Zimmerli, 28, of Peoria, at the sheriff's office on a warrant for violation of probation. He was taken to Lee County Jail.
Hancock County Sheriff's Report
10/12/20 - Tommy L Humphrey, age 38, of Carthage, IL was arrested on a Hancock County Warrant charging him with Failure to Appear/ Failure to Pay on original charges of Speeding and No Valid Driver's License. Humphrey was released on his own recognizance and given a future court date.
10/13/20 - Marcus D Gilpin, age 37, of Hamilton, IL was arrested and charged with Violation of Order of Protection. Gilpin remains lodged in the Hancock County Jail in lieu of bail awaiting his next court appearance.
10/13/20 - Jesse J Mazzoccoli, age 46, of Keokuk, IA was arrested and charged with Possession of Methamphetamine. Mazzoccoli was also arrested on a Hancock County Warrant charging him with Failure to Appear/ Failure to Pay on original charges of Aggravated Assault.
Mazzoccoli was released after posting the required bond and given a future court date.
10/14/20 - Brittany N McDaniel, age 34, of Nauvoo, IL was arrested and charged with Driving While License Suspended. McDaniel was also arrested on a Hancock County Warrant charging her with Failure to Appear/ Failure to Pay on original charges of Driving While License Suspended. McDaniel was released after posting the required bond and given a future court date.
10/14/20 - Damion J Hanson, age 18, of Keokuk, IA was arrested and charged with Driving While License Suspended. Hanson was also arrested on a Hancock County Warrant charging him with Failure to Appear on original charges of Driving While License Suspended.
Hanson was released after posting the required bond and given a future court date.
10/15/20 - Emma L Burkholder, age 18, of Dallas City, IL was arrested on a Hancock County Warrant charging her with Failure to Appear on original charges of Obstructing Justice and Unlawful Possession of Methamphetamine. Burkholder remains lodged in the Hancock County Jail in lieu of bail awaiting her next court appearance.
10/15/20 - Justin M Reid, age 32, of Tioga, IL was arrested on a Hancock County Warrant charging him with Count 1 Obstructing Justice and Count 2 Obstructing Justice. Reid remains lodged in the Hancock County Jail in lieu of bail awaiting his next court appearance.
10/15/20 - Brian W Boyd, age 56, of Keokuk, IA was arrested and charged with Violation of Bail Bond. Boyd was released after posting the required bond and given a future court date.

10/18/20 - Jason E Fink, age 37, of Carthage, IL was arrested and charged with Unlawful Possession of Weapons by a Felon. Fink remains lodged in the Hancock County Jail in lieu of bail awaiting his initial court appearance.
