10/22/20 - 10:23 p.m. - Fort Madison Police cited Ashley Franklin, 35, of Farmington, in the 5000 block of Avenue O, on a charge of driving under suspension.
10/23/20 - 12:53 a.m. - Fort Madison Police cited Jayne Thomesa Jenkins, 34, of Fort Madison, in the 3000 block of Avenue N, on warrants for failure to appear and contempt. He was taken to Lee County Jail.
10/23/20 - 6:38 a.m. - Fort Madison Police responded to a report of a hit and run in the 1400 block of Avenue F.
10/23/20 - 11:59 a.m. - Fort Madison Police responded to a report of a property damage accident in the 1400 block of 38th Street.
10/23/20 - 12:02 p.m. - Fort Madison Police responded to a report of a property damage accident in the 3800 block of Avenue O.
10/23/20 - 12:10 p.m. - Fort Madison Police responded to a report of vandalism in the 600 block of 5th Street.
10/23/20 - 3:20 p.m. - Fort Madison Police responded to a report of a larceny/theft in the 2800 block of Avenue A.
10/23/20 - 10:55 p.m. - Fort Madison Police responded to a report of a property damage accident in he 2700 block of Avenue L.
10/25/20 - 8:21 p.m. - Fort Madison Police cited Tarl Ridens, 34, of Keokuk, in the 2800 block of Avenue L, on a charge of driving while suspended.
Lee County Sheriff's Report
10/22/20 - 5:08 p.m. - Lee County Sheriff's deputies arrested Nathaniel John Mortimer, 41, of Keokuk, at the Des Moines County line on a warrant for probation violation. He was taken to Lee County Jail.
10/23/20 - 2:11 a.m. - Lee County Sheriff's deputies responded to a report of a one-vehicle accident on Hwy. 27 near mile marker 1. According to the report, Emilia Trejo Cante, reported falling asleep and crossed the center line and entered the eastbound shoulder, headed south. She overcorrected and crossed back over the southbound lanes entered the west ditch and overturned. There were six occupants in the vehicle and no notable injuries were reported. No citations were reported at the scene.
10/23/20 - 10:57 a.m. - Lee County Sheriff's deputies arrested Goeffrey Lee Francis, 31, of Keokuk, in the 800 block of Johnson Street Road, on a charge of interfering with a judicial process. He was taken to Lee County Jail.
10/23/20 - 2:51 p.m. - Lee County Sheriff's deputies arrested Talyn Brian Fesler, 36, of Quincy, at the sheriff's office on warrants for forgery and identity theft less than $1,000. He was taken to Lee County Jail.
10/24/20 - 3:07 p.m. - Lee County Sheriff's deputies arrested Ronald James Wynn, 59, of Burlington, on Hwy. 61 near Montrose on a charge of OWI-1st offense. He was taken to Lee County Jail and released on a promise to appear.
Hancock County Sheriff's Report
10/19/20 - Kaleb R Meierotto, age 21, of Keokuk, IA was arrested and charged with Possession of Drug Paraphernalia, Possession of Methamphetamine, and Unlawful Use of a Weapon. Meierotto was released on his own recognizance and given a future court date.
10/19/20 - Carissa S Jaber, age 36, of Dallas City, IL was arrested and charged with Obstructing Justice. Jaber was released on her own recognizance and given a future court date.
10/19/20 - Dyllan J Grow, age 20, of Hamilton, IL was arrested on a Lee County, IA Warrant charging him with Sexual Abuse. Grow was released to Lee County Iowa Authorities.
10/19/20 - Kaliegh J Hale, age 25, of Keokuk, IA was arrested on Hancock County Warrant charging her with Failure to Appear / Failure to Pay on original charges of Driving While License Suspended. Hale was arrested on a second Hancock County Warrant charging her with Petition to Revoke on original charges of Unlawful Possession of Methamphetamine.
Hale was released and given a future court date.
10/19/20 - Lenny E Cleveland, age 25, of Keokuk, IA was arrested and charged with Driving Under the Influence, Possession of Methamphetamine, Possession of Drug Paraphernalia, and Possession of Cannabis. Cleveland was released on his own recognizance and given a future court date.
10/20/20 - Stacy L Lunt, age 44, of Hamilton, IL was arrested and charged with Possession of a Firearm, Reckless Discharge of Firearm, Possession ofMethamphetamine and Possession of a Controlled Substance. Lunt was released on his own recognizance and given a future court date.
10/20/20 - Brandon L Bough, age 27, of Basco, IL was arrested on a Hancock County Warrant charging him with Failure to Appear on original charges of Driving Under the Influence and Illegal Operation of ATV on Roadway. Bough was released after posting the required bond and given a future court date.
10/21/20 - Michael L Theulen, age 60, of Keokuk, IA was arrested and charged with Driving Under the Influence. Theulen was released after posting the required bond and given a future court date.
10/22/20 - Julia R Shelton, age 34, of Keokuk, IA was arrested and charged with Violation of Bail Bond. Shelton remains lodged in the Hancock County Jail in lieu of bail awaiting her next court appearance.
10/22/20 - Johnny T Krachik, age 54, Hamilton, IL was arrested and charged with No Valid Registration and Driving While License Revoked. Krachik was released after posting the required bond and given a future court date.
10/23/20 - Holly R Lewis, age 43, of Warsaw, IL was arrested on a Hancock County Warrant charging her with Failure to Appear/ Failure to Pay on original charges of Criminal Trespass to Real Property. Lewis remains lodged in the Hancock County Jail in lieu of bail awaiting her next court appearance.
10/23/20 - Johnathan G Hadaway, age 33, of Keokuk, IA was arrested and charged with No Valid Driver's License. Hadaway was released after posting the required bond and given a future court date.
10/23/20 - Daniel S Treadwell, age 31, of Keokuk, IA was arrested and charged with Driving While License Suspended. Treadwell was also arrested on a Hancock County Warrant charging him with Failure to Appear/ Failure to Pay on original charges of Domestic Battery and Burglary. Treadwell was released after posting the required bond and given a future court date.
10/25/20 - Andrana F Starks, age 37, of West Point, IL was arrested and charged with Possession of Methamphetamine and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia. Starks remains lodged in the Hancock County Jail in lieu of bail awaiting her next court appearance.
