Fort Madison Police Report
11/26/20 – 1:17 a.m. – Fort Madison Police arrested Alexia Anastasia Estrada, 29, of Fort Madison, in the 1900 block of Avenue G, on charges of trespassing, 1st-degree harassment, public intoxication, simple assault, serious domestic abuse assaut. She was taken to Lee County Jail.
11/26/20 – 12:32 a.m. – Fort Madison Police responded to a report of a burglary in the 1900 block of Avenue G.
11/28/20 – 10:50 a.m. – Fort Madison Police responded to a report of a property damage accident in the 2000 block of Avenue I.
11/28/20 – 1:56 p.m. – Fort Madison Police responded to a report of a larceny/theft in the Fort Madison area.
11/29/20 – 12:32 a.m. – Fort Madison Police responded to a report of a burglary in the 1800 block of Avenue A.

Lee County Sheriff’s Report
11/25/20 – 2:44 p.m. – Lee County Sheriff’s deputies responded to a report of a one-vehicle accident on Johnson Street Road near Keokuk. According to the report, a vehicle driven by Benjamin Louis Hennings, 36, of Keokuk, was eluding law enforcement and failed to maintain control leaving the road way and coming to rest in a ditch. According to another report during the same chase, Hennings collided with a vehicle driven by Tanner James Walden, 26, of Keokuk along the Sugar Creek Bridge causing minor damage. Hennings was taken into custody. No injuries were reported.
11/27/20 – 4:38 p.m. – Lee County Sheriff’s deputies arrested Japre Lydarryl Demond Hall, 26, of St. Louis, Mo., in the 2700 block of Hwy. 27 on charges of carrying weapons, possession of controlled substance and speeding. He was taken to Lee County Jail and released on his own recognizance.
11/27/20 – 8:30 p.m. – Lee County Sheriff’s deputies arrested Dinara Lewis, 35, listed as homeless, at the Wever Gas Station on a warrant for failure to appear and being a fugitive from justice. She was taken to Lee County Jail.
11/29/20 – 9:56 a.m. – Lee County Sheriff’s deputies arrested Geoffrey Lee Francis, 31, of Keokuk, at the sheriff’s office on a charge of contempt of court. He was taken to Lee County Jail.
11/29/20 – 10:58 a.m. – Lee County Sheriff’s deputies arrested Bradley Dwayne Carter, 48, of Keokuk, at the Lee County Jail on a warrant for failure to appear. He was held in custody.

Hancock County Sheriff’s Report
11/23/20 – Caleb E Land, age 38, of Warsaw, IL was arrested on a Hancock County Warrant charging him with Failure to Appear on original charges of Unlawful Possession of Methamphetamine, Unlawful Possession of a Controlled Substance, and Driving While License Suspended. Land remains lodged in the Hancock County Jail in lieu of bail awaiting his next court appearance.
11/25/20 – Ryan A Akers, age 28, of Plymouth, IL was arrested and charged with Criminal Trespass. Akers was released after posting the required bond and given a future court date.
11/26/20 – Sabrina M Stevenson, age 27, of Warsaw, IL was arrested on a Hancock County Warrant charging her with Failure to Appear on original charges of Driving While License Suspended. Stevenson was released after posting the required bond and given a future court date.
11/28/20 – Kristen M Golliher, age 35, of Hamilton, IL was arrested on a Hancock County Warrant charging her with Failure to Appear/ Failure to Pay on original charges of Domestic Battery. Golliher remains lodged in the Hancock County Jail in lieu of bail awaiting her next court appearance.
11/28/20 – Robert L Hicks, age 49, of Hamilton, IL was arrested and charged with Domestic Battery, Disorderly Conduct, and Interreference Hicks remains lodged in the Hancock County Jail in lieu of bail awaiting his initial court appearance.

Those listed above are presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.

Fort Madison Fire & Rescue Report
11/27/20 – Fort Madison firefighters responded to one false alarm and one medical call.
11/28/20 – Fort Madison firefighters responded to a burn complaint.
11/29/20 – Fort Madison firefighters responded to a welfare check.
