Jean St. Ores, 75, of Colusa, Ill., died Friday, December 4, 2020.

Jean Ann St.Ores, 75, from Colusa, Illinois passed away unexpectedly at home on December 4, 2020.
Jean is survived by her husband of 60 years, Stanley St.Ores, also of Colusa, Illinois; her three children, son Todd (Kathy) St.Ores of Gulf Breeze, Florida, daughter Cindy (Robert) Sederlin of Grand Junction, Colorado and daughter Lynnette (Scott) Romine of Pueblo, Colorado; also 10 grand children and 3.3 great-grandchildren. 
Jean’s surviving siblings include; Robert L. (Bobbi) Williams of Colorado Springs, Colorado and Linda Peters of Oxnard, California.
Jean was preceded in death by her parents Robert G. and Velma J. Williams of Lomax, Illinois.
Jean was born on April 7, 1945 in La Harpe, Illinois. She was married to her high school sweetheart, Stan St.Ores on December 28, 1960 in Dallas City, Illinois.
Jean lived a diverse and accomplished life. She was a licensed hairdresser, a licensed real estate agent and worked in numerous other fields, including construction, retail, agriculture, and restaurants on both sides of the bar. Jean and Stan traveled and worked as entrepreneurs before their permanent retirement in Colusa.
She was a fantastic cook, kept an immaculate house, loved her pets and was always surrounded by her beautiful flowers and plants. Jean was dedicated to her family and friends. She was generous beyond measure, always helping to support causes near and dear to her heart.
There will be no formal visitation with the family, but friends are welcome to stop at Banks & Beals Funeral Home in Dallas City, to pay your respects and sign the book, anytime Wednesday between 2:00 and 7:00p.m.. A private family service will be held at the funeral home on Thursday, followed by a graveside service at 2:30p.m. at Harris Cemetery, near Dallas City.  Rev. Lee Unger will officiate. All family and friends are welcome at the graveside service.
