Fort Madison Police Report
12/04/20 – 4:20 p.m. – Fort Madison Police responded to a report of a stolen vehicle in the 2800 block of Avenue O.
12/04/20 – 5:23 p.m. – Fort Madison Police cited Larry W. Dawson, 65, of Fort Madison in the 1800 block of Avenue D, on a charge of driving while suspended.
12/05/20 – 12:59 a.m. – Fort Madison Police arrested Cody Allan Stinson, 31, of Nauvoo, Ill., in the 5500 block of Avenue O, on a charge of possession of drug paraphernalia. He was released on a promise to appear.
12/05/20 – 12:59 a.m. – Fort Madison Police arrested Kaitlyn Janay Stinson, 29, of Nauvoo, in the 5500 block of Avenue O, on a charge of possession of a controlled substance and driving under suspension. She was released on a promise to appear.
12/05/20 – 9:41 a.m. – Fort Madison Police responded to a report of vandalism in the 2900 block of Avenue N.
12/05/20 – 10:19 a.m. – Fort Madison Police responded to a report of a larceny/theft in the 3000 block of Avenue N.
12/05/20 – 11:26 a.m. – Fort Madison Police responded to a report of a hit and run in the 3000 block of Avenue N.
12/05/20 – 1:58 p.m. – Fort Madison Police responded to a report of vandalism in the 600 block of 20th Street.
12/05/20 – 3:13 p.m. – Fort Madison Police responded to a report of vandalism in the 2000 block of Avenue G.
12/05/20 – 3:14 p.m. – Fort Madison Police responded to a report of vandalism in the 2000 block of Avenue F.
12/05/20 – 11:02 p.m. – Fort Madison Police arrested Randy Allen Davis, 57, of Fort Madison, in the 2600 block of Avenue L, on charges of public intoxication, possession of controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia. He was released on a promise to appear.
12/06/20 – 9:34 a.m. – Fort Madison Police cited Steven R. Brown, 54, of Fort Madison, in the 1500 block of Avenue F, on a charge of driving under suspension.

Lee County Sheriff’s Report
12/04/20 – 4:59 p.m. – Lee County Sheriff’s deputies arrested Cortney Lampkins, 36, of Macomb, Ill., at the sheriff’s office on a warrant for felony forgery. She was taken to Lee County Jail.
12/04/20 – 7:03 p.m. – Lee County Sheriff’s deputies responded to a report of a one-vehicle accident on Hwy. 218. According to the report, a vehicle driven by Armand Fenelon McCoy, 22, of St. Paul, Minn., was traveling southbound near 110th Street when he admitted to falling asleep. He lost control and went off the roadway coming to stop in a ditch. No injuries were reported. McCoy was cited for no valid driver’s license.
