Mark Edward McKinley, 63, of Niota, Illinois formerly of Stockton, California passed away at 10:44 p.m. December 31, 2020 at the Fort Madison Community Hospital.

Mark enjoyed fishing and stockcar racing.
Survivorsincludetwodaughters,LynnTaylorofNiotaandCynthiaReeseofCalifornia;oneson,JosephMcKinleyofUtah;sevengranddaughtersandtwograndsons.Alsosurvivingaretwobrothers,DavidMcKinleyandRandyKinleyandonesister,BarbaraJo McKinley.
He was preceded in death by his parents.
