William T. Clendenen,84, of Fort Madison, IA, passed away at 8:47 a.m. on Tuesday, February 2, 2021 at the Keosauqua Health Care Center in Keosauqua, IA.He was born on February 20, 1936 in Fort Madison, IA to Thomas & Garnet McCann Clendenen.He married Toni L. Kottenstette on November 21, 1957 in San Diego, CA.He was a chef for many years and served in the U.S. Navy on the USS Orleck and also bases in San Diego, CA and Las Vegas, NV.He enjoyed watching the Iowa Hawkeyes and the St. Louis Cardinals and spending time with his dog, Molly.

       Bill is survived by: his wife: Toni Clendenen of Fort Madison, IA; 1-daughter: Paula (Brian) Mix of Fort Madison, IA; 1-grandson: Zachary Boilesen of Albion, NE and 1-son in law: Kevin Boilesen of Albion, NE.  He was preceded in death by his parents & 1-daughter: Pamela Boilesen.

       A visitation will be held from 12:30 to 1:30 p.m. on Friday, February 5, 2021 at King-Lynk Funeral Home & Crematory.  The funeral service will immediately follow at 1:30 p.m. with Rev.
