United Way, LCHD looking for vaccine distribution support

LEE COUNTY - United Way of the Great River Region is partnering with Lee County Health Department (LCHD) to mobilize volunteers for Lee County COVID vaccine distribution. Various volunteer opportunities will be available.Beginning February 2021, urgent needs include:

  • Call center volunteers
  • Calls to community organizations and businesses to collect data for assessing numbers of vaccinations.
  • Assisting LCHD with scheduling vaccination appointments

Please see the attached volunteer job description and agreement developed by Lee County Health Department and United Way that gives an overview. February shifts are available Monday – Friday 8 a.m. to noon and 12:30 p.m. to 4:30 p.m.
