She is survived by three children: Tim Wellman of West Des Moines, Iowa; Lori (Shannon) Burke of Walker, Iowa; and Eric (Kelley) Wellman of Lenexa, Kansas; three step-children: Robert J Peel Jr., Christine Richmond, and Gena Garcia; five siblings: Donna Tenpenny, Bill Whittemore, Carol Huss, Sally Brickey, and Greg Whittemore; nine grandchildren: Mariah, Allisyn, Taylor, Connor, Sydney, Alex, Luke, Sarah, and Ryan; many nieces, nephews, and cousins; and her special foster daughter, My Huynh, of Arkansas.  She was preceded in death by her parents, husband Bob, and three siblings: Larry Whittemore, Reva Gorman, and Beverly Hohl.
