Davis scores 19 in FMMS girls win
FORT MADISON - The Fort Madison 7th grade girl's basketball team wrapped up their season last week with two wins over Mount Pleasant.
In the A game Fort Madison won 31-24. Dayonna Davis led the team in both points and rebounds finishing with 19 and 14 on the night. Hallee Menke was next with six points, followed by Ellie Huebner with four. Mara Smith scored two points while Hadley Wolfe chipped in a free throw. Wolfe led in assists with five. The A team finished with a 9-1 record on the year.
Fort Madison won the B game 28-15. Dynasty Bell-Washington led in both points and rebounds with 16 and 10. Addison Rump and Jaycee Fullenkamp each scored six points for the Lady Hounds. Avery Rump chipped in with four steals. The B team finished the season 8-1. Also playing for the 7th grade girl's team was Brook Johnson, Kayreena Sterling, and Megan Curtiss.

Central Lee boys end year with split
DONNELLSON - The Central Lee junior high boys finished the year with a split against Danville Tuesday night.
In the 8th grade game, Brayden Wyrick had 13 points in a 35-21 loss. Kegan Damico, and Kayden Calfee each had three points. Ostyn Moore added two.
The 7th graders won 35-20 with Owen Swan leading the way with nine points. Will Hayes had eight points and three boards while Caleb Larson, Ward Fraise and Nathan Newberry all had four points. Brody Moeller, Brant Kraciun and Colton Taft each added two.
