CHICAGO - Two former Fort Madison High School students, who are also brothers have set up an annual scholarship for FMHS seniors.

Nathan Binkley (Class of 2002) and Kevin Binkley (Class of 2005) are University of Iowa graduates and are now both real estate brokers in Chicago. The two have set up a $1,000 per year renewable scholarship for a total of four years for Fort Madison High School graduating seniors who are attending the University of Iowa, Iowa State University, or University of Northern Iowa.

Application and renewal application deadline is April 15th each year.

Applications should be a one-page summary outlining where you will be attending school in the fall, and your intended course of study. Applications are also encouraged to include any additional information they feel is important to success as a college student, such as grade point average, letters of recommendation, high school extracurricular activity, employment, etc.

Applicants are also encouraged to be engaging and colorful in their submissions.

Renewal applications will be sent annually to those selected for scholarships.

All applications should be forwarded to nathan@nathanbinkley.com
