Iowa Fertilizer donates $5K to food pantry

FORT MADISON – Thank you to the OCI Iowa Fertilizer Company and its employees for once again generously donating to the Fort Madison Food Pantry. This check for $5,000 has the potential to purchase 2,994 lbs of food for the food insecure in North Lee County. Last fall the Iowa Fertilizer Company delivered nearly a ton (1,921 pounds to be exact) of nonperishable items to be distributed to those in our community who need a little help with their food needs.
