Chance W. Willdrick,55, of Ft. Madison passed away at 10:53 AM on Friday, March 19, 2021 at the Fort Madison Community Hospital ER.

    He was born on August 31, 1965 in LaHarpe, IL to LeRoy and Marilyn Guy Willdrick.  On October 23, 1992 he married Jenifer Hayes in Ft. Madison.  Chance and Jenifer attended Living Hope of the Nazarene Church.  He served on the senior board of the Salvation Army.  Chance enjoyed motorcycles, cars and loved John Wayne.

   Survivors include his wife, Jenifer Willdrick of Ft. Madison; his mother, Marilyn Willdrick of Lomax, IL; one sister, Cheray (Dave Gasparich) LaRoue of Fremont, MI; mother-in-law, Dixie Hayes of Ft. Madison; sister-in-law, Dawn Hayes of Ft. Madison; nieces and nephews.  He was preceded in death by his Father, LeRoy and his grandparents.  

   The funeral service will be held on Tuesday, March 23, 2021 at 11 AM at King-Lynk Funeral Home & Crematory with Pastor Donna Palmeter officiating.  The family will meet with friends from 10 AM until the time of the service at 11 AM.  The family encourages those attending to wear a mask.  Burial will follow in Oakland Cemetery.
