She always puts the patients first, interacts with and cares about the employees, and acts as a positive voice for the organization.
When asked if there was anyone she wanted to recognize for making a difference in her career at FMCH, Vicki responded, “I have been blessed throughout my healthcare career – so many people have played a part in my continued growth and opportunities. I would have to say I have relied on the values my parents instilled in me, faith, hope, honesty, resiliency and hard work.” She also credited her co-workers with being her favorite part of working at FMCH, “the people, everyone who comes to work every day making a difference in our patient’s, families and each other lives.”
When not at work, Vicki enjoys spending time with her family, reading and being outdoors. The Employee of the Month is an initiative developed by the Reward & Recognition team. Each month a FMCH employee is honored for going above, and beyond for the good of the patient, their co-workers and the organization
