06/17/21 – 8:25 a.m. – Fort Madison Police responded to a report of a larceny/theft reported at the police station.
06/17/21 – 8:34 a.m. – Fort Madison Police arrested Kody Kim Turner, 29, of Fort Madison, at the police station, on a charge of 5th-degree theft. She was taken to Lee County Jail.
06/17/21 – 9:34 a.m. – Fort Madison Police arrested Cody Scott Glasgow, 29, of Montrose, in the 2200 block of Avenue L., on a warrant for voluntary absence from custody. She was taken to Lee County Jail.
06/17/21 – 10:45 a.m. – Fort Madison Police arrested Johnette Sue Williams, 44, of Fort Madison, in the 800 block of Avenue G, on a warrant for probation violation. She was taken to Lee County Jail.
06/17/21 – 4:35 p.m. – Fort Madison Police cited Paul Patrick Kottenstette, 54, in the 2600 block of Avenue H, on a charge of dog running at large.
06/17/21 – 4:41 p.m. – Fort Madison Police responded to a report of a burglary in the 1300 block of Avenue G.
06/18/21 – 1:42 p.m. – Fort Madison Police responded to a report of vandalism in the 5800 block of Avenue O.
06/18/21 – 1:48 p.m. – Fort Madison Police responded to a report of a property damage accident in the 900 block of Avenue F.
06/19/21 – 9:25 a.m. – Fort Madison Police responded to a report of hit and run in the 800 block of Avenue E.
06/19/21 – 2:31 p.m. – Fort Madison Police responded to a report of a burglary in the 1600 block of 33rd Street.
06/20/21 – 11:05 a.m. – Fort Madison Police arrested Theodore Grant Marks, 37, listed as homeless, in the 2600 block of Avenue L, on a charge of trespassing. He was taken to Lee County Jail.
06/20/21 – 7:23 p.m. – Fort Madison Police responded to a report of a property damage accident in the 1500 block of Avenue E.
06/21/21 – 2:00 a.m. – Fort Madison Police responded to a report of a property damage accident in the 1900 block of Avenue F.
06/21/21 – 6:18 a.m. – Fort Madison Police responded to a report of a larceny/theft in the 800 block of 35th Street.

Lee County Sheriff’s Report
06/17/21 – no time provided – Lee County Sheriff’s deputies arrested a 16-year-old juvenile from Farmington, at Hwys. 103 and 218, on a charges of 2nd and 5th degree thefts. The juvenile was held for juvenile court.
06/17/21 – 11:26 p.m. – Lee County Sheriff’s deputies arrested Michael James Martindale, 30, of Donnellson, in the 1900 block of Hwy. 2 in Donnellson, on a charge of OWI-3rd offense.
06/27/21 – 2:57 p.m. – Lee County Sheriff’s deputies responded to a two-vehicle accident on Hwy. 27. According to reports, a vehicle driven by Carl Richard Proper, 93, of Donnellson, was headed northbound in the southbound lane and struck the rear-end of a law enforcement vehicle driven by Dustin Michael Fullhart. Fullhart pulled in front of Proper after trying to pull him over for operating in the wrong lane and then slowed to stop Proper, who struck the cruiser. Proper was taken to Fort Madison Community Hospital for evaluation.
06/18/21 – 12:50 a.m. – Lee County Sheriff’s deputies arrested Joel Douglas Duffie, 40, of West Burlington, in the 1600 block of 354th Avenue in Wever, on a warrant for failure to appear. He was taken to Lee County Jail and released on bond.
06/18/21 – 2:01 p.m. – Lee County Sheriff’s deputies arrested Tyler Jacob Summers, 31, of West Des Moines, on Bauer Street in Burlington, on a warrant for 1st-degree harassment. He was taken to Lee County Jail.
06/18/21 – 5:56 p.m. – Lee County Sheriff’s deputies arrested Justin Allen Hahn, 36, of Fort Madison in the 2600 block of Hwy 2, in Fort Madison, on a warrant for domestic abuse – 2nd offense. He was taken to Lee County Jail.
06/19/21 – 10:57 a.m. – Lee County Sheriff’s deputies arrested Angela Nicole Nelson, 43, of Keokuk, in the 500 block of High Street in Keokuk, on a warrant for voluntary absence from custody. She was taken to Lee County Jail and released for time served.
06/19/21 – 5:28 p.m. – Lee County Sheriff’s deputies arrested Candi Isabella Kay Medina, 27, of Keokuk, in the 700 block of Morgan Street in Keokuk on a charge of failure to appear. She was taken to Lee County Jail and released on her recognizance.
06/20/21 – 5:50 a.m. – Lee County Sheriff’s deputies arrested Steven Ray Bogart, 27, of Fort Madison, at the sheriff’s department on charges of assault with injury to an officer, and 5th-degree criminal mischief. He was taken to Lee County Jail and given a pre-trial released.

Hancock County Sheriff’s Report
06/14/21 – Christopher O Brownlee, age 35, of Basco, IL was arrested and charged with Domestic Battery. Brownlee was released on his own recognizance and given a future court date.
06/15/21 – Christopher M Galliher, age 34, of Keokuk, IA was arrested on a Hancock County Warrant charging him with Petition to Revoke or Modify Sentence on original charges of Unlawful Possession of Methamphetamine. Galliher remains lodged in the Hancock County Jail awaiting his next court appearance.
06/15/21 – Lloyd Anthony Huls, age 51, of Carthage, IL was arrested and charged with Unlawful Possession ofMethamphetamine. Huls was released on his own recognizance and given a future court date.
06/16/21 – Justin M Lovel, age 26, of Carthage, IL was arrested and charged with Driving Under the Influence of Alcohol. Lovel was released after posting the required bond and given a future court date.
06/17/21 – Scott R Eggleston, age 58, of Burlington, IA was arrested and charged with Unlawful Possession ofMethamphetamine. Eggleston was released on his own recognizance and given a future court date.
06/17/21 – Lisa C Swafford, age 44, of Ottumwa, IA was arrested and charged with Unlawful Possession of Methamphetamine. Swafford was released on her own recognizance and given a future court date.
06/17/21 – Jessica N Linkeman, age 29, was arrested and charged with Probation Violation. Linkemann remains lodged in the Hancock County Jail awaiting her next court appearance.
06/17/21 – Daphne K Akers, age 41, of Colchester, IL was arrested on a Hancock County Warrant charging her with Failure to Appear on original charges of Unlawful Possession of Methamphetamine. Akers remains lodged in the Hancock County Jail awaiting her next court appearance.
06/20/21 – Tony L Taylor, age 40, of Quincy, IL was arrested on a Hancock County Warrant charging him with Failure to Appear I Failure to Pay on original charges of Unlawful Possession of Stolen Vehicle. Taylor was released after posting the required bond and given a future court date.
06/20/21 – Crystal M Cain, age 21, of Momence, ID was arrested and charged with Possession of Methamphetamine. Cain was released on her own recognizance and given a future court date.
