Mary Ann Denning,78, formerly of Ft. Madison passed away on Monday, June 21, 2021 at 11:05 PM at The Legacy in Richmond, TX.

   She was born on September 2, 1942 in Waterloo, IA to Richard and Florabelle (Hess) Heiser.  On February 5, 1966 she married Larry Denning in Cedar Falls, IA.  Mary Ann was a homemaker.  She was a member of Sacred Heart Church.  Mary Ann enjoyed cooking and playing bridge.  Her greatest love was her family and spending time with them.

   Survivors include her husband, Larry Denning of Richmond, TX; two sons, Darren (Deborah) Denning of Tomball, TX and Britt (Kathy) Denning of Austin, TX; one daughter, Jill (Arul) Fleury of Katy, TX; six grandchildren, Katelin Denning, Ethan & Alex Denning, Raegan, Brianne & Grant Fleury; one brother, David (Holly) Heiser of Lake Geneva, WI; one sister, Rose (Steve) Schaefer of Lincoln, NE; and several Brother and Sister-in-laws, nieces, and nephews.  She was preceded in death by her parents and one son, Douglas Denning.

   Per her wishes, cremation will be accorded.  A Memorial Mass will be held at a later date at Sacred Heart Church with burial to follow in Sacred Heart Cemetery.
