Fort Madison Police Report
06/24/21 – 1:06 p.m. – Fort Madison Police responded to a report of a larceny/theft in the 1700 block of Avenue L.
06/24/21 – 1:15 p.m. – Fort Madison Police cited Melody Ann Robinson, 49, of Fort Madison, at the police station on a charge of dog running at large.
06/24/21 – 2:18 p.m. – Fort Madison Police arrested Mickey Lyle McFadden, 47, of Fort Madison, in the 200 block of Avenue G, on warrants for failure to appear and a charge of possession of drug paraphernalia. He was taken to Lee County Jail.
06/24/21 – 7:33 p.m. – Fort Madison Police arrested Jill Marie Deronde, 37, of Fort Madison in the 300 block of Avenue G, on charges of simple assault. She was taken to Lee County Jail.

Lee County Sheriff’s Report
06/24/21 – 8:42 a.m. – Lee County Sheriff’s deputies arrested Terry Eugene Kite, 43, of Keokuk, at the sheriff’s office on a charge of being a fugitive from justice. He was taken to Lee County Jail.
06/24/21 – 1:59 p.m. – Lee County Sheriff’s deputies arrested Jeffrey George Sniegowksi, Jr., 37, of Keokuk, in the 1200 block of Main Street in Keokuk, on a warrant for failure to appear. He was taken to Lee County Jail.
06/24/21 – 5:38 p.m. – Lee County Sheriff’s deputies arrested Matthew Wayne White, 48, of Keokuk, at 2nd Street and Ridge Street on warrants for violation of parole and probation. He was taken to the Lee County Jail.
06/24/21 – 11:23 p.m. – Lee County Sheriff’s deputies arrested Zachary Edward Weyrick, 33, of Montrose, in the 3500 block of 270th Avenue, on a charge of OWI-2nd offense and failure to maintain control. He was taken to Lee County Jail and held.
06/24/21 – 10:46 p.m. – Lee County Sheriff’s deputies responded to a report of a one-vehicle accident in the 3500 block of 270th Avenue. According to reports, a vehicle driven by Zachary Edward Weyrick, 33 of Montrose left the roadway headed northbound and came to rest at a timber line. No injuries were reported.
06/25/21 – 6:00 a.m. – Lee County Sheriff’s deputies arrested Tyrell Devon Smith, 27, of Keokuk, at the sheriff’s office on a warrant for failure to appear. He was taken to Lee County Jail.

06/24/21 – Fort Madison Firefighters responded to three medical calls
06/25/21 – Fort Madison Firefighters responded to five medical calls
06/26/21 – Fort Madison Firefighters responded to four medical calls and a false alarm.
