Fort Madison Police Report

09/08/21 – 8:49 a.m. – Fort Madison Police arrested Matthew Alexander Jones, 34, of Keokuk, in the 800 block of Avenue G, on a warrant for failure to pay fines. He was taken to Lee County Jail.
09/08/21 – Fort Madison Police arrested Mark Allen Brown, 66, of Fort Madison, in the 3500 block of Avenue L, on a warrant for voluntary absence of custody. He was taken to Lee County Jail.
09/08/21 – Fort Madison Police arrested Eric Roger George Demuynck, 56, of Fort Madison, in the 1300 block of Avenue G, on a warrant for failure to appear. He was taken to Lee County Jail.
09/08/21 – 12:01 a.m. – Fort Madison Police responded to a report of a burglary in the 1200 block of Avenue F.
09/08/21 – 12:07 p.m. – Fort Madison Police responded to a report of a stolen vehicle in the Fort Madison area.
09/08/21 – 1:23 p.m. – Fort Madison Police responded to a report of a property damage accident in the 4000 block of Avenue O.
09/09/21 – 9:43 a.m. – Fort Madison Police responded to a report of a property damage accident in the 2000 block of Avenue E.
09/09/21 – 11:25 a.m. – Fort Madison Police responded to a report of a larceny/theft in the 900 block of Old Denmark Hill
09/09/21 – 2:01 p.m. – Fort Madison Police responded to a report of a larceny/theft in the 1200 block of Avenue H.
09/09/21 – 2:40 p.m. – Fort Madison Police responded to a report of a larceny/theft in the 3400 block of Avenue N.

Lee County Sheriff’s Report
09/08/21 – 10:59 p.m. – Lee County Sheriff’s deputies arrested Alicia Christine Behrmam, 36, of Burlington, on the Hwy. 61 bypass on charges of possession of a controlled substance, possession of drug paraphernalia, and unlawful possession of prescription drugs. She was taken to Lee County Jail.
09/09/21 – 4:07 p.m. – Lee County Sheriff’s deputies arrested Justin Russell Raszler, 33, of Fort Madison, in the 3300 block of Hwy. 61, on warrants for voluntary absence from custody and a judgment hold, and on a charges of driving while barred, speeding, fraudulent use of registration, no insurance and no registration. He was taken to Lee County Jail.
09/09/21 – 11:05 p.m. – Lee County Sheriff’s deputies arrested Nicholas Lyle Nagel, 22, of Hamilton, Ill., in Rodeo Park, on a charge of public intoxication. He was taken to Lee County Jail and held.
