Christopher Allen Mead,55, of Fort Madison, IA, passed away at 5:38 p.m. on Saturday, September 18, 2021 at Southeast Iowa Regional Medical Center in Fort Madison.He was born on July 14, 1966 in Fort Madison, IA to Everett & Bettie Sue Phillips Mead.He was a mechanic at Jim Baier and loved bow hunting, fishing, the Washington Redskins and Iowa Hawkeyes.
Chris is survived by: his other half, Teresa Peitz of Fort Madison, IA, family, Andrew & Jeremy Spears of Fort Madison, IA, 2-brothers, Richard & Michael and several cousins, including John (Gigi) Jones, Donna, Barb, Amy and several aunts & uncles. He was preceded in death by his parents.
