09/21/21 - 3:44 p.m. - Fort Madison Police responded to a report of a larceny/theft in the 500 block of Avenue G.
09/21/21 - 5:40 p.m. - Police responded to a report of a larceny/theft in the 400 block of Avenue F.
09/21/21 - 9:09 p.m. - Fort Madison Police cited Michael Steven Crook, 67, of Fort Madison, in the 1700 block of 35th Street, on a charge of driving under suspension.
09/21/21 -11:36 p.m. - Fort Madison Police cited Trenton Jamar Hawkins, 32, of Fort Madison, in the 2200 block of Avenue L, on a charge of driving under suspension.

Lee County Sheriff's Report
09/19/21 - 6:17 p.m. - Lee County Sheriff's deputies responded to a two-vehicle accident in the 3500 block of Mississippi River Road. According to the report, a vehicle driven by Lori Christine Cannon, 34, of Keokuk attempted to make a U-turn when a vehicle driven by Clifford James Seay, 70 of Keokuk struck the passenger side fender. Cannon was cited for making an unsafe turn. No injuries were reported.
09/20/21 - 7:43 a.m. - Lee County Sheriff's deputies responded to a two-vehicle accident in the 2000 block of West Point Road. According to the report, a vehicle driven by Suzan Lynn Jeffries-Menke, 63, of West Point slowed to allow a county truck to backing out of a private lane and was struck from behind by a vehicle driven by Teagan Lee Snaadt, 15, of West Point. No citations or injuries were reported.
09/21/21 - 9:38 a.m. - Lee County Sheriff's deputies responded to a one-vehicle accident. According to reports, a vehicle driven by Dennis Don Wilkins, 80, of West Point, was left in drive when he got out to gather mail from the post office in West Point. The vehicle rolled back and struck a fence causing no damage. No citations or injuries were reported.
09/21/21 - 7:51 p.m. - Lee County Sheriff's deputies arrested Christopher Dean Derr, 34, of Keokuk, in the 3600 block of Argyle Road in Keokuk, on a charge of violation of a no contact order. He was taken to Lee County Jail.
09/22/21 - 1:23 a.m. - Lee County Sheriff's deputies arrested Leah Nicole Houghton, 29, of Nauvoo, at the sheriff's office on a warrants for fraudulent practice and tampering with records. She was taken to Lee County Jail.
Those listed above are charged with suspicion of a crime and are presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
