Ryan Anthony Bahl, 47 years, of Fort Madison, Iowa died Thursday, September 23, 2021 at the University of Iowa Hospitals and Clinics, Iowa City, Iowa. He was born April 25, 1974, a son of Gregory J. and Susan K. (Eid) Bahl. Ryan was a 1992 graduate of Fort Madison High School. He was a concrete finisher, working for local contractors. He enjoyed arrowhead and mushroom hunting, taking care of his garden, and riding 4-wheelers. He loved spending time hanging out with family and friends. Ryan was a story teller and made everyone laugh. He especially loved his dogs, Cluse and Woodi.

He is survived by his mother, Susan Joint of Fort Madison, Iowa; two daughters, Taryn Bahl Mahoney and Robin Bahl, both of Fort Madison; his maternal grandmother, Mary Ann Eid of Fort Madison; numerous aunts, uncles, cousins, and friends.  He was preceded in death by his father, his grandparents: Dan and Ruby Bahl and Merrill Eid.
