10/04/21 - 4:07 a.m. - Fort Madison Police responded to a report of a burglary in the 2200 block of Avenue G.
10/04/21 - 9:43 a.m. - Fort Madison Police responded to a report of a hit and run in the 1400 block of Avenue F.
10/04/21 - 11:51 a.m. - Fort Madison Police responded to a report of a burglary in the 1100 block of Avenue F.
10/05/21 - no time listed - Fort Madison Police cited Mitchell Lynn Helmick, 35, of Fort Madison in the 2800 block of Avenue K, on a charge of driving under suspension.
10/05/21 - 12:45 p.m. - Fort Madison Police responded to a report of vandalism in the 3200 block of Avenue K.
10/05/21 - 1:15 p.m. - Fort Madison Police responded to a report of a burglary in the 2600 block of Avenue H.
10/05/21 - 5:22 p.m. - Fort Madison Police responded to a report of vandalism in the 1100 block of Avenue H.
10/06/21 - 5:38 a.m. - Fort Madison Police arrested Trinity Hope Banes, 45, of Fort Madison near mile marker 21 on Hwy. 61 on a warrant for 3rd-degree theft. She was taken to Lee County Jail.

Lee County Sheriff's Report
10/04/21 - 8:14 a.m. - Lee County Sheriff's deputies arrested Christopher Dean Derr, 35, of Keokuk, at the sheriff's office on warrants for trespass with injury, criminal mischief and assault-displaying a dangerous weapon. He was taken to Lee County Jail and given a pre-trial release.
10/04/21 - 4:31 p.m. - Lee County Sheriff's deputies arrested Chandra Leigh Reynolds, 42, of Fort Madison, at the sheriff's office on a judgment hold. He was taken to Lee County Jail.
10/04/21 - 5:10 p.m. - Lee County Sheriff's deputies arrested Joshua James Hayes, 33, of Fort Madison, in the 700 block of Avenue F, on a warrant for voluntary absence from custody. He was taken to Lee County Jail.
10/04/21 - 5:16 p.m. - Lee County Sheriff's deputies arrested Joshua Lee Faulkner, 30, of Burlington, in the 700 block of Avenue F, on warrants for 1st-degree burglary, assault, violation of a no contact order. He was taken to Lee County Jail and held.
10/05/21 - 10:45 a.m. - Lee County Sheriff's deputies responded to a two-vehicle accident at the intersection of 255th Street and Hwy. 61. According to the reports a vehicle driven by Kip Tyler Saben, 42 of West Burlington was headed southbound in a semi-tractor in the left lane passing another semi, when a vehicle driven by Kenneth Zachary Campbell, 53 of Keokuk pulled into the intersection east bound off of 255th Street and struck Saben head on. Campbell was issued four citations including no valid driver's license, no proof of insurance, fraudulent registration and failure to obey traffic control device. No injuries were reported.
10/05/21 - 1:40 p.m. - Lee County Sheriff's deputies arrested Megan Jo Plowman, 29, of Carthage, at the Hancock County Jail on a warrant for eluding a police officer. She was held in custody.
10/05/21 - 4:26 p.m. - Lee County Sheriff's deputies arrested Shane Aaron Kupka, 22, of Keokuk, in the 100 block of N. 7th Street on a warrant for 3rd-degree theft. He was taken to the Lee County Jail.
10/05/21 - 5:12 p.m. - Lee County Sheriff's deputies arrested Roger Wayne Wall, 49, of Wayland, Mo., in the 700 block of Avenue F, on a charge of being a fugitive from justice. He was taken to Lee County Jail.
10/05/21 - 6:00 p.m. - Lee County Sheriff's deputies arrested Elijah John Boyer, 23, of Dallas City, at the sheriff's office on a judgment hold. He was taken to Lee County Jail.
10/05/21 - 9:26 p.m. - Lee County Sheriff's deputies arrested a 15-year-old male juvenile at the Juvenile Detention Center on a charge of 5th-degree criminal mischief. He was held at the detention center.
10/06/21 - 2:37 p.m. - Lee County Sheriff's deputies arrested Brandon Paul Becker, 35, of Fairfield, at the sheriff's office on a judgment hold. He was taken to Lee County Jail.
10/06/21 - 4:53 p.m. - Lee County Sheriff's deputies responded to a two-vehicle accident at the intersection of Hwys. 16 and 61. According to the report, a vehicle driven by Anthony Micheal Levins, 58, of Burlington was turning right westbound onto Hwy. 16 and collided with a vehicle driven by Andrew Steven Monroe, 31, of Wever, who was getting ready to turn northbound onto Hwy. 61. Levins was cited for driving too fast for conditions. Two passengers in Monroe's vehicle reported injuries and soreness as a result of the incident
10/06/21 - 7:30 p.m. - Lee County Sheriff's deputies arrested Rion William Donlan, 39, of Burlington, in the 700 block of Avenue F, on a warrant for violation of probation. He was taken to the Lee County Jail.
