10/22/21 – 9:26 a.m. – Fort Madison police responded to a report of a stolen vehicle in the 2900 block of Avenue L.
10/22/21 – 2:07 p.m. – Fort Madison police responded to a report of vandalism in the 1300 block of Avenue C.
10/22/21 – 3:42 p.m. – Fort Madison police responded to a report of a property damage accident in the 2600 block of Avenue G.
10/22/21 – 5:02 p.m. – Fort Madison police arrested David James Day, 40, of Fort Madison, in the 5400 block of Avenue O, on a charge of controlled substance violation. He was taken to Lee County Jail.
10/23/21 – 4:17 a.m. – Fort Madison police arrested Jose Raphel Draper, 23, of Fort Madison, at an undisclosed location, on charges of possession of a controlled substance – 1, 2, 3rd and possession of drug paraphernalia
10/23/21 – 8:31 a.m. – Fort Madison police responded to a report of larceny/theft in the 2600 block of Avenue L.
10/23/21 – 10:49 a.m. – Fort Madison police responded to a report of larceny/theft at Vica Lane.
10/23/21 – 11:01 a.m. – Fort Madison police responded to a report of burglary in the 200 block of Avenue G.
10/23/21 – 8:34 p.m. – Fort Madison police cited Diego Henry Lozano, 20, of Fort Madison, at the intersection of 24th Street and Avenue J, on a charge of driver's license denied/revoked – OWI.
10/24/21 – 8:42 a.m. – Fort Madison police responded to a report of larceny/theft in the 2600 block of Avenue H.
10/24/21 – 11:36 a.m. – Fort Madison police responded to a report of a property damage accident in the 900 block of 34th Street.
10/24/21 – 12:31 p.m. – Fort Madison police responded to a report of vandalism in the 3400 block of Avenue N.
10/24/21 – 2:35 p.m. – Fort Madison police responded to a report of vandalism at the intersection of 16th Street and Avenue B.

Lee County Sheriff Report
10/22/21 – 12:29 a.m. – Lee County sheriff's deputies arrested Adam James Huss, 33, of West Point, in the 2500 block of 200th Avenue, Donnellson, on charges of interference with official acts, OWI – 1st offense, domestic assault – bodily injury, and trespass 1st offense. He was taken to Lee County Jail and later released on bond.
10/22/21 – 1:47 p.m. – Lee County sheriff's deputies arrested Johnathanne Taylor Palm, 24, of Hamilton, Ill., at the sheriff's office, on a charge of judgment hold. He was taken to Lee County Jail.
10/22/21 – 1:51 p.m. – Lee County sheriff's deputies arrested Desiree Lynn Bishop, 28, of Mt. Pleasant, in the 2900 block of County Road 103, on a charge of burglary 3rd degree. She was taken to Lee County Jail and later released on time served.
10/22/21 – 5:08 p.m. – Lee County sheriff's deputies arrested David James Levins, 31, of Fort Madison, at the sheriff's office, on a charge of judgment hold. He was taken to Lee County Jail and later released on a pre-trial release.
10/22/21 – 10:18 p.m. – Lee County sheriff's deputies arrested Keith Lynn Kellum, 33, of Keokuk, in the 1300 block of Bank Street, on charges of violation of probation and interference with official acts. He was taken to Lee County Jail.
10/24/21 – 9:56 a.m. – Lee County sheriff's deputies responded to a one-vehicle accident on Hwy. 61 at 187th Street. According to the report, a vehicle driven by James Patrick O'Shea, 48, of Keokuk, was traveling northbound on Hwy. 61 when O'Shea lost control of the vehicle and slid into the ditch during wet road conditions. Minor damage was reported. No injuries or citations were reported.
10/24/21 – 11:03 a.m. – Lee County sheriff's deputies arrested Jaclyn Nicole Parmeter, 35, of Keokuk, at the River City Mall, on a charge of violation of probation. She was taken to Lee County Jail.

Hancock County Sheriff Report
10/21/21 –Lathem D Paulson, age 27, of Warsaw, IL was arrested and charged with Probation Violation. Paulson remains lodged in the Hancock County Jail in lieu of bail awaiting his next court appearance.
10/23/21 – Dustin A Huss, age 24, of Dallas City, IL was arrested and charged with Reckless Driving, No Valid Drivers License, and Unlawful Possession of Weapon. Huss was released after posting the required bond and given a future court date.
10/24/21 – Mark A Cameron, age 44, of Plymouth, IL was arrested on a Hancock County Warrant charging him with Failure to Appear on original charges of Driving Under the Influence and Failure to Stop at Stop Sign. Cameron was released after posting the required bond and given a future court date.

Those listed above are arrested on a suspicion of a charge and are presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
